Margit Wir kamen erst 2 stunden später in bangkok an die Informationen beim Umstieg waren sehr dürftig immer nur warten warten. Wir haben bei der Busfahrt 4 x Pause gemacht, die meiner Meinung nach nicht sein müssten Raucher können mal 2 Stunden aushalten ebenso Toilettengänge reichen auch 2 x Pausen. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal einen anderen Anbieter aussuchen.

David JWell organized trip. (The trip take 1 hour longer than expected, but it was due to the traffic, I guess.)
The company provided free food and water. The connection between the ferry and the bus was organized perfectly.

Andreas SWe arrived almost 2 hours delayed. The trip planning is completely unrealistic. Although boat and bus drive went relatively well and there was no major traffic, the announced arrival time is completely out of reach. Do not trust the stated trip duration.
Moreover, after the boat trip we had to wait for the bus for one hour at a run down "travel agency" close to the pier. No A/C, overpriced food and snacks. Better book your trip individually.

Yvonne PAccording to the voucher, the company should have got in contact with us a day before the trip, but they never did. There also wasn't anybody at the ferry port (unlike other operators), the boat just turned up - slightly late, so we were wondering if we'd been forgotten.
Communication was very bad as the drivers didn't speak English. When changing from the boat to the bus, it was unclear if you had to take your luggage along or they would transport it for you.
There were a couple of (very old) buses taking the passengers from the ferry port to a nearby changing station, but some people were left behind because they weren't sure what would happen to their luggage.
At the changing station, the only place serving drinks and food was owned by the company and quite expensive and not particularly good.
The rest of the trip on the bus to Bangkok was okay. I would not recommend this company though.

Birgit The Driver arrived 30 Minuites late at the starting point an we arrived 2 hours late at our Destination Bangkok.

Heidi LIt was not a Minivan, it starts 30 minute to late an arrived 1 hore to lait, the destination was near by a gas station, in the middle of nowhere, not in the Nine Center Rama.
