Not exact travel route as said online while purchasing the ticket. The cleanliness of the bus. I was buying the ticket online and it was supposed to be a direct route Vodice-Makarska. When the bus came, the “direct route” 869 to Dubrovnik included stops throughout the entire magistrala including more than 10 stops. If I wanted to travel not direct, I would have purchased that ticket, but since I wanted a direct drive, this was super disappointing. I will not buy anymore tickets from this provider.
