Traveled 2nd class. Generally everything was fine, train a little dirty but staff very helpful. Would not advise to make any tight plans as the time of arrival is very likely to be later than stated.

Good comfortable ride. Left on time. The stop at a highway services centre for refreshments not really necessary. The ride is not much more than one hour.

The pickup point was well-marked with green flags and the staff greeted me as soon as I got out of the taxi. Checked my e-ticket and then I just waited. It was down pouring on the highway and there were some serious accidents. However, our driver kept a safe distance from the vehicles ahead and I was confident in his skills. No stops. Arrived a bit early.

Walked to mama travel agency, some guy picked us up had to walk khao san road back, were dropped off at a van station without any info and driver left. Got assigned a new van - which was full - still tried to fit us in. Didn't work - took a later van. No apologies or some. New van full of musquitos

They didn’t leave us in the last stop, instead in one or two before next to the tuk tuk. But 12Go i would rate it with 5: fast, easy and really helpful platform

The price of the ticket is 130 bth online but only 70 if you buy directly at the bus. Since, there is no regular schedule : bus leave when there are full, and every 30 min on the average, there is no point to buy the ticket in advance online.

New and comfortable bus. Driver drove safely and we arrived ahead of time. We stopped along the way at a nice road stop with free toilets and places to buy nice coffee. Definitely better than the usual minivan experience.

Old van, many delays, arrived more then 30 minutes late. Staff only tells "wait here" or "get out, vehicle change" and then kept us waiting for more then 40 minutes before we continued. No information.

Mama tours was okay. They showed us to another bus which was fine. We also had to wait at another bus station for 45 min for another bus. We left at 09:45 and arrived at Ayutthaya around 12:45. The trip back was quicker and perfect.

The staff was super friendly and helpfull, I was alone in the van and they allow to leave 30mins earlier then scheduled. The ride was safe and the van perfect, with usb ports fully functional. Absolutely recommended!
