The trip operator was a different one than indicated when I bought my ticket, and I booked a van transfer, but the van only took me from Ao Nang to Krabi town, where I had to transfer to a different bus. The van smelled bad, there were bags piled up and squeezed into every possible place between seats, and the driver was terrible. He was super rude and a terrible driver. He chucked bags around with no care and threw a suitcase on my leg at one point. When someone made a comment about how he was handling the bags he literally said “I don’t care. They’re you’re bags not mine.” He drove extremely fast and made quick turns and stops carelessly, bumping us all around and making me feel sick. The bus driver was nicer, and a better driver, but the bus was old and the seats were dirty and uncomfortable.

We have used this company before and had a better experience. This time the van was older and hot - the aircon not working properly all the time. The driver was pleasant however even though he was lost at the end by putting in the hotel name slightly wrong - we found the route and helped him find the hotel.

Nice straight forward transfer from hotel in Ao Nang to hotel in Phuket. We stopped about half way there at a service station for bathroom break and food & drink from 7-Eleven. Driver was friendly and courteous. It did arrive early to pick us up but it also states in the confirmation they may be 30 minutes either side.

The taxi driver was early and we had a very comfortable and quick journey to Phuket airport all the way from Krabi. This worked out much cheaper than getting grabs and ferries as we had been planning so I would highly recommend this taxi service for longer journeys.
