The luxury bus i took was the new unit. The seats are super comfy (leather seat and spacious) hoping it can be inclined more to a reclined posution for better relaxed experience
Thank you for making my first bus ride in the Philippines such a great experience. Your kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made the journey enjoyable and unforgettable!
The bus service was excellent. It departed and arrived right on time. The bus was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The seats were comfortable, and the overall journey was smooth.
The only downside was that the seats didn't have proper thigh support, which was a bit disappointing on a luxury bus.
Apart from that, everything was great. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this service.
After payment, showed a 404 error, but 12Go sent an SMS and email confirmation, which was good. The ticket PDF copy was sent the next day, so book early. Exchanged the PDF and got a ticket from the Partas Reservation counter before departure.
The bus left on time. Air-cinditioned bus, but narrow seats. No handrest. People were also sitting on small plastic chairs on the passage. Kept getting passengers on the way. Had 3 rest stops on the highway. Took 9 hrs to reach Vigan from Passay.
It’s difficult to sleep because there’s no foot rest and the foot recliner doesn’t go all the way up. It’s not really comfortable. I wish I can rate it higher. The good thing is that I was able to charge my iPhone.
The levers of my footrest and backrest were not working. Same with my partner’s seat. The seatbelts were damaged. The bus ride was bumpy and swayed throughout ao I could not sleep. My neck muscles stiffened from the discomfort.
The "Deluxe" bus did not have much amenities. There were no charging ports, dual arm rests, or foot rests, which are features I would have expected with a bus ticket that costed more than P1200. The Partas bus that we rode from Candon to Cubao had more features (foot rests, LCD screens etc) and cost almost just half of that price.
