The VIP bus ride was great. For additional $10 you got a wider seat and longer legroom for 8 hours and a bit journey. For a 4 seats per row for normal bus VIP bus has 3 seats per row. There was only one stop mid way and the bus reached the destination on time.

It was very good. The bus only stops for 20 mins once at singburi which is 1/3 of the way. So in a 9 hour journey i think another 20 min stop would make it more comfortable. The food at the singburi stop there is nothing vegetarian there so best to carry some food to eat if you are vegetarian.

Good trip, only issue was bus arrived much earlier at destination (4.30am instead of 7.30am) which meant a long wait at the bus station before my arranged pick up. I will just adjust pick up plans to potentially anticipate earlier arrival next time.

The bus stopped only briefly in a few stops and arrived on time. The journey was smooth. The only remark is that, being vegetarian, I could not enjoy the burger that they gave us at the beginning of the trip and I could not buy anything else to eat, as they do not stop anywhere for people to go out and buy some snacks or food.
