Elio JThis was a very poor experience. The bus broke down and my son Elio was forced to wait 8 hours for a replacement bus.
I cannot recommend this bus company and strongly hope they improve their reliability and passenger care.

Reyshell CThe bus has damage when we're in bicol so we were transferred to another bus and waited like 1hr . In the given ticket in pdf, it says there that the baggage limit is 15kg but in the counter they said it was 20kg so I'm kinda thankful that I don't need to pay but it looks like I paid more than other passengers. The ride is not really worth the price. The ac is too cold.
The operators are easy to talk too.
