Mayhem. We arrived at our destination safely and on time. Our Nomago bus did not arrive at gate 4 at departure time as per our ticket details and there was no one on the stop to assist. An Arriva bus did arrive at gate 28 adjacent to our gate and the non English speaking driver acknowledged and confirmed our tickets as my wife boarded. There were twice as many passengers queuing to board as could be accommodated and I was not able to stow our luggage and board as the driver was overwhelmed by passengers trying to get on. He filled the bus and closed the door while not acknowledging my wife gesturing him to myself standing at the door with our luggage. The driver prepared himself to leave while my wife and myself and several other boarded passengers protested and finally he got off and opened the cargo doors for me to stow our bags and board. Mayhem! Also, other passengers who purchased tickets that morning were charged a tenth of the price we paid for our pre booked fare.
