Wee TSorry ,this is not about the trip.My issue is that this booking was a mistake as this is the first time I booked your service.I wanted to cancel and re-book something more suitable but was repeatedly rejected that I was not allowed to double book .This booking was for around 5 am from JB terminal, while what I wanted was 5 pm return(to Singapore)
As a result,since my 5 am slot was not practical for my schedule ,I have to forgo my trip as I could not get a return ticket because your system does not allow "double" booking,I was willing to cancel the 5 am slot and forgo the refund.But the system is so cast in stone that there is no way round it.
