Unexpectedly, the cost of the ticket online was lower than when buying it at the carrier's office. But the carrier offers an additional service - they can pick up the client from the hotel and bring them to the departure point. The bus arrived and departed on time. There were few passengers. We quickly passed both border checkpoints. The bus makes several stops so that passengers can visit the toilet or have something to eat. The trip from Hat Yai to Ipoh took about 7-8 hours. The only minus for us was the very low temperature on the air conditioner and the inability to close some of the air ducts.
