It was about as good as a 6 hour trip in Philippines heat can get. Van was full but there was aircon, stopped twice for short breaks. We got there in one piece. The instructions say to book an extra seat if you have a large bag so I did, but didn’t need to so paid double for no reason.

We were told we had to wait until 8am to leave instead of the 7am departure we had booked. We ended up waiting for 90 minutes before we set off! It seemed like they were waiting to fill the van before leaving but considering they didn’t offer an 8am journey when we booked this felt unreasonable - we wouldn’t have gotten up early to get the bus if we knew it wouldn’t leave until 8:30!

I booked the El Nido to Puerto Princesa Hotel service and did not get what I paid for.
Delays: Our 8:00am pickup was cancelled at the last minute because of "operational issues." We were collected around 9:30am and didn't leave until 11:00am, three hours late. We then spent about 1.5 hours being driven around El Nido to collect other passengers, including passing the villa we were originally picked up from. There is no route planning.
Discriminatory luggage charges: The driver demanded 500 PHP for 5kg of extra weight and told us to pay or find another ride. After arguing, we paid 300 PHP. Meanwhile, six local passengers loaded huge amounts of luggage and boxes, filling the van and leaving no legroom, and were charged nothing. Three other foreign passengers with one bag each were also asked for 500 PHP. It appeared that only foreigners were charged, and the argument held up the whole van for 20 minutes.
No hotel drop-off: I booked the hotel service (this operator lists 7 airport and 7 hotel departures a day). In Puerto Princesa, the driver stopped at a petrol station on the roadside and said we had to find our own way because most passengers were going to the airport. When I told him we had booked the hotel service, he mimicked me in a rude, belittling way and insisted we get out.
Extra costs: I had to find an ATM (25 AED / about 420 PHP in fees) and pay 300 PHP for a tuktuk. We reached our hotel almost four hours late and 720 PHP out of pocket.
Rude driver, inconsistent and unfair charges, an ignored booking, and poor organisation. I have asked for a refund and for this operator to be reviewed. Book a different company.

After a shaky start (I think they forgot about us…) the rest of the trip went well. Good safe driver, appreciated the drop off at our accommodation.
The provider was also very accommodating when we requested to change the date of departure.

I booked a van for 9 AM. Was there at 8:30 as requested. In the end we had to switch vans and didn't even leave until 10 AM. If I’d known this, I would've just booked one for 10 and had more time in the morning.
