Was an alcoholist next to us and the bus stank of sweat and alcohol and cigarettes. Driver took matters in to his own hands and solved so we didn’t have to wait at the border crossing. Akhi!

This is my first experience with Toping Trade. The driver smoked whilst driving. Far too hot on the bus, and the dry air gave me a splitting headache. The whole journey took 5 hours, with no option to stop for a toilet break. I had to change my ticket due to catching a plane, hence took this bus, however the ticket was more expensive than the original, journey took much longer and overall not a pleasant experience. I will not use their service again.

Worked fine to get us from Banja Luka to Zagreb for a flight. The booking process was easy and it was great that I could do it online before leaving on my trip, as I didn't fancy trying to navigate buying tickets at the bus station in Banja Luka. The bus left right on time and the journey was pretty smooth, with the driver, despite not speaking English, taking the numbers from our tickets without any problem and stowing our luggage for us. It was a relatively long trip (about 5 hours, in a pretty small bus), but it was comfortable and got us to Zagreb in plenty of time to get to the airport. It was a hot late summer day when we travelled but the bus had air conditioning and I was neither too hot nor too cold, so no complaints there. The transport was a minibus rather than a coach, which I hadn't expected but wasn't a particular problem as there was space for our suitcase in a luggage compartment attached to the rear. The driver didn't speak English but to be fair I hadn't expected him to, and he drove safely and comfortably. There were seatbelts on the bus but they didn't seem to function, at least not in the two different seats I tried, although I gather the law is a little looser in that regard in Bosnia.

Driver drove off without us. Me and my friend had tickets for the bus from Sisak to Banja Luka. The bus showed up at 16.05, right on time. I walked towards the bus but when the driver saw me approaching he inmediatly drove off! He clearly saw me. I don't understand why he just drove away. As no other transport was available we had to take a cab for 170 euro! We even suspect a scam as the taxi driver approached us right after the bus had driven off. We had no choice because no other transport was available. Avoid this company.

The driver was very nice, positive and helpful. The bus was clean and comfy. Overall a very nice ride. No wi-fi in the bus. The driver didn't like the online ticket, so I had to write it down on a piece of paper.

It said mTicket is available and printing ticket isn't necessary, but the driver said I should've printed it because he doesn't have device to read QR code. He didn't make it a problem and just wrote down ticket info, but future passengers might want to take this into account.

Bus was late for 30 minutes to the destination. Bus driver was unprofessional, ride was rocky. Departure from Zagreb on time. Unprofessional bus driver, stopped at a gas pump without even informing the pasangers, stayed there for 10 minutes. Ride was very rocky, he had little disregard that he is driving people. Smoked in the bus. Late for 30 minutes at destination.

Prijedlog. Malo više možete poraditi na čistoći. A zamjerka je i ta što bi trebalo omogućiti putnicima barem jedno stajanje da se ode na toalet.Ljudi različito podnose tako dugo putovanje i netko ima problema s tim. Lp.

Sve je bilo ok dok nismo dosli na granicu.Zena bolesna od raka sat vremena je pokusavala objasniti zasto joj lijekovi trebaju.Nije kriv vas vozac ali neljudskost od strane granicara me je iznenadila.Vasem vozacu svaka cast sto je cekao .Sve ostalo je bilo ok .Lijep pozdrav.

Najgori moguci prevoz koji sam koristila u zadnji 30 godina ,bruka i sramota ,a cijena van pameti. Apsolutno nista ,sem sto je vozac na granici rjesio da ne cekamo dugo na granici . Autobus ako tako uopste moze da se nazove u kojem smo se gusili od vrucine ,koji je definitivno imao problem jer je vozac morao da staje na svakih 20 minuta i gasio motor pa ponovo kretali ,udobnost ispod svakog nivoa ,mozda jedina dobra stvar je taj vozac koji upravlja tim cudom,a cijena bi trebala da bude 3 puta manja s obzirom kako i cim smo se vozili ,najgore putovanje ,nedaj boze ni meni ni drugima nikad vise.

Jako lose i neprofesionalno. Saputnici su bili zanimljivi. Vozac koji pusi dok vozi Stajanje na "svakoj krivini" kako bi se zaradio novav na crno, prenosenjem torbi, stvari i kesa od tacke A do tacke B Agresivna voznja Neprijateljsko ophodjenje prema putnicima po pricipu "ja sam ovde sef, jel jasno?' Prenakrcanost putnika (vise putnika nego sedista) I jos puno toga.

Autobus vozi po pogrešnom redu vožnje, procenjeno vreme stizanja u Zagreb je 13:20, na moje pitanje "Da li je realno da stignemo u to vreme?", dobila sam odgovor da se to vreme ispoštuje 10 puta u godini. Totalna dezorganizacija prevoza, menjanje vozila na sred puta. Umesto u 13:20, stigli smo u Zagreb u 14:50, propušten autobus za dalje, zbog Vašeg pogrešnog tajminga. U autobusu vruće, klima ne radi, prljavo..lagana ocena 2/10, ne bih preporučila nikome, jedno od težih putovanja za tako kratku relaciju.
