Todo genial! Desde el dia anterior ya teníamos todo programado, sitio, horas, que transportes... Nos daba un poco de miedo tener que coger un Speedboad, una Van y luego otro Speedboad por si surgía algún imprevisto. La verdad es que todo muy bien y siempre acompañados al siguiente transporte.

Ho dimenticato un sacchetto su un van, e sono stati super efficienti, e dopo poche ore già me lo avevano riportato. Davvero ottima comunicazione.

A little stress at the airport. We see a 12go shuttle and the driver told us he is full and another shuttle will come. Finally it was not a 12go shuttle but "Asia" brand. I had to look at all guides

Es verlief alles reibungslos, lediglich das Boot / die Fähre war etwas abgerockt. Wir hatten das Glück, das nur sehr wenige Passagiere an Board waren, daher hatten wir genügend Platz und die Reise war sehr entspannt. Kommunikation über WhatsApp sehr gut! Wir hatten ca 10 Minuten Verspätung, war also OK.

We arrived at Hat Yai airport at 8:30AM. We went to the checkpoint by 8:45AM and waited in the area. Several times we walked around trying to find information on our pickup and nothing more could be found. By 9:25 (our van was supposed to leave at 9:30AM) we called the number on the PDF and someone answered. Eventually he called back and said a driver would be there shortly, after which a taxi driver came over to find us. We almost missed our ferry and the ferry operator was calling us repeatedly asking where we were. Thankfully on arrival she met us at the taxi and hurred us directly to the boat, which we thankfully were able to get on just in time.

We received no information about the trip, no one was waiting for us where we were supposed to meet. eventually tourist assistance helped and located the van driver. then I followed the instructions, checked in at the right gate and showed our tickets. we got on the boat and after 6 minutes was bombarded with calls and emails about how the boat was waiting for us. If they want us to use a specific boat or van, they should really be more specific and give detailed instructions.

I could not find anyone from the company and walked all around the Hat Yai airport asking questions- I had the voucher in hand but it’s details were limiting. The hotline was inoperable/busy. It was bad. I took a taxi to Pakbara pier so deserve a refund GR what I paid for van service. At the pier, I found the boat counter ok and navigated that ok.

Alles bestens geklappt, es wurde zwar der Pier gewechselt aber man hat sich um das Gepäck gekümmert. Wir wurden vom Pier bis ins Hotel in HatYai gebracht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

The whole trip was pretty smooth. We left on time but waited a little bit on the floating dock for the boat. Getting through immigration points was very smooth and our ride to the airport was waiting for us when we were ready. All in all pretty good.

En general muy buen servicio, puntual y rápido. Salimos a las 14:00 y llegamos a las 18:00 a Chiang Mai. Lo único que podría mejor es el uso durante todo el trayecto del aire acondicionado a su mayor potencia, debido a que el calor se vuelve muy pesado de vez en cuando.

Ferry boat d'apparence sommaire, nuit dans des dortoirs de 20 personnes environ. Mais personnel très gentil, qui nous a aidé à porter nos sacs et nous a servi des bouteilles d'eau et boules kies pour le voyage. Nous avons bien dormi. Les couchettes sont de qualité et les thaïlandais qui nous accompagnaient ont été très tranquilles. Experience très enrichissante.

Voyage très agréable avec un chauffeur très prudent. Mini van hyper confortable notamment pour les hommes de la famille qui mesurent plus d'1m85. Seul petit bémol, la pause toilette mériterait d'être faite à proximité d'un 7-eleven qui sont pléthore dans la région.

Ensuite comme tous les passagers étaient en avance nous sommes partis vers 7h30
Une pause pipi vers 9h30 et arrivée à sukhothai vers 12h ... tout s est très bien passé
