Nobody likes surprises! Bus was modern and comfortable. Station was confusing. At the bus station I was informed that I needed to print a hard copy of my ticket, and that online ticket holders must pay a "station tax" of €0.50. They printed my ticket for me, but it wasn't clear whether that was complimentary or included in the "tax.".

information about the delay needed. The driver drove well. The bus delayed for 1hour and 10minutes because of heavy traffic jam between Pudva and Kotor. But there was no information about the delay at the bus terminal of Kotor.We had to wait for 1 hours and 10minutes standing near the gate.

Montenegro buses not the best. The printed ticket from traveling.com worked fine. No issues with company at all and the bus would have been sold out so it was a good idea to buy ahead. In the bus station you have to pay to be in the bus station and extra for luggage: The bus was nearly 2 hours late. Then everyone pushed and shoved on board to get seats leaving our family ( who had been almost first in the queue ) - including 2 children standing dangerously in the middle. The rude driver reluctantly found our smallest child a ‘storage’ seat at the front as it was really unsafe for her to stand but threw her out of the seat for an older man ( only 60ish) after an hour!) fortunately after an hour and a half enough people had got off for us to have seats for the final 2 hours.

Herceg Novi to Tivat and back… Disaster. We had the last bus back to Herceg Novi from Tivat booked and paid for at 21:49. The bus didn’t turn up, waited for 1 hour. People working in the bus station at Tivat took our bus station fees (which come on top of bus fares) and proceeded to go home leaving us in the dark with no update on our no show bus. We had to get a taxi which cost €70.00 after already paying for bus tickets. Poor service all round.

An exciting ride through the mountains. The scenery was spectacular and we got to our destination in one piece! The bud was 40 minutes late but that’s not unusual I guess. The driver spent a bit of time on his phone as we were going along the coast road - one hand on the wheel, one with the phone! But I guess he knows the roads well….
