Quick and efficient as expected. Could have explained how to know where the bus would come. The answer: Go to the ticket office and ask the Lady at the counter, she known where the bus is coming. But for that, we need to be there early. We came prepared but other might not have.

The driver and the assistant was extremely helpful and constantly kept us informed. The assistant even came by a few times to make sure everything was good (AC, seat incline, etc.). Super nice gentleman. The driver was punctual and drove smoothly.
Overall great experience. Definitely would recommend. To top it off it's actually cheaper than AUTOPREVOZ-BUS.
We had bad experience with AUTOPREVOZ-BUS as the service on that bus was horrible. The driver was rude, the bus smelt really bad and we were 1 hour late.

The bus was large. The same 3 seconds of a song kept repeating on the speaker constantly on loop and it drove me crazy. The bus was also an hour late arriving into sarajevo. The toilet on the bus didn’t work.

Limited information on stops, insufficient A/C. The bus departed on time and the driver did not engage in any dangerous maneuvers. The seats were relatively comfy. The A/C was not sufficient for a full bus and it was a sweaty affair. As the driver nor his co-driver spoke English it was difficult to express my wish to get out in Jablanica. The bus also didn't stop at the actual bus station, but rather opened the doors for five seconds on the road. So, I had to engage in some fairly dangerous road walking a few hundred meters out of Jablanica. So, all in all kinda awkward.

It's a bus in the Balkans. You know what you're getting. It got me from Sarajevo to Mostar. The bus left pretty much on time. It's a bus. It was quite hot and the seats were pretty uncomfortable. But it's a bus. You know what you're in for.

Terrible Experience. We managed to get the bus from Sarajevo to Mostar. Customer service was terrible as only one person was behind the counter with a long queue. On the way back from Mostar, there was no bus, but instead it was a mini bus. The driver was very rude and couldn’t tell is any information. It was very chaotic . The mini bus left an hour later than the time it was supposed to. Not a great experience and would never use the service again.
