Perfect service. Somehow, my booking was wrong and during my flight, through WhatsApp, they arranged everything. The people to welcome you at the airport and the driver are kind and effecient. I definitely recommend them.

Pedro was waiting already on time!! Proffesional driver and good service. Only thing; put a plate/sign with name Nexos infront of bus window because I was waiting for an orange bus and it was white color.

Nexus tours and our driver made getting from Cancun to Tulum very easy! The air conditioned van was clean and comfortable. The driver was professional and drive very safely. The whole experience was great! I’d book them again in the future.

Nice experience. Driver came an hour early though which was 4am instead of 5am so I had to jump out of bed and hurry to get ready. No one at the office told him about the pickup change Time so not his fault
