I bought a ticket with a departure time of 9.20 and an arrival time of 12.20. I received a text message in the morning saying they would notify me when the bus left the northern border, so then I realised it was going to be late. It eventually left at 10.20 and went all the way to Belize City, where we all had to get off, wait for around 45 minutes and then board another bus. We eventually made it to San Ignacio at about 15.30, and the bus almost broke down on the way. The drivers were helpful and we made it in the end, but the timings were so far from the schedule on the ticket that it's kind of a joke!

If possible I would give this tour operator zero stars. After a 2h delay, where we waited on another bus to arrive from Chetumal (allegedly with passengers also going to Flores like us)

Instead of the advised 4,5hours it took us more than 7 hours. We started later. Not at 12.20 but around 1pm. 2 people hat to sit on the extra seats. And in chatumey we had to change the bus again.
That would all be okay if they didn't advertise with the 4.5h instead of the 6.5h like other companies.
At the border, the driver drove without counting. One person was missing, luckily we drew attention to it.
