注意：有时候不能预订长途线路上的几个小时内的短途一等票，因为一等票通常会为从始发站到终点站的长途旅客预留。不过，如果您只需要4到5个小时即可到达B目的地，有时候软席二等卧铺是一个不错的选择。检查票价包含的服务内容，和水、零食、洗漱用品一样，床单和毛巾可能会提供，也可能不会提供。尽量多带些衣物，因为火车的空调或暖气可能并不能满足您的要求。

火车旅行的优点

- 通常火车票比机票便宜得多。在某些路线上，如果考虑到在机场办理值机、安检和海关手续所花费的时间，坐高铁的时间与坐飞机的时间大同小异甚至更短。

I just had to get a printed copy of the train ticket at a kiosk at the train station. They don’t accept online scans of tickets from a phone at Mombasa Terminus.

It was a nice, comfortable and safe safari-like trip where elephants, zebras, antelopes, monkeys and the beautiful Kenyan geography could be seen along the way. Thank you for everything.

We found it surprising that the booking references sent by the railways through 12Go was NOT the booking reference needed at the railway terminal. They needed that in order to change our tickets for our return and for the return of our son Lucien. We could not check our computer for the references needed as there is no wifi at the station; so we could not consult our Macs for the emails we had received.

The train and service on board were excellent. Only when I got the ticket from the office, the price of the ride was mentioned on the ticket and I noticed that I paid almost twice (!) that fee to 12go Asia.

Poor ventilation, poor information and support, slow service. Train was very clean and designated cleaner was on top of keeping everything clean.

La marge que votre application a prise est trop grande ( coût du billet 1500 shillings en 2 eme classe prix total pour 4 personnes via 12go.asia 84€)
Les billets téléchargés n’ étaient pas telechargeable facilement, donc nous n’avons pu avoir que le résumé de l’enregistrement à nos noms avec l’horaire du train. Je n’ai pas recu la facture du paiement de vos services. J’étais inquiète jusqu’à avoir les billets en mains. Sans l’aide bienveillante de la dame à la caisse de la gare, nous n’aurions pas pu monter dans le train.
D’autres part nous n’avons reçu aucune information sur les bagages interdits en wagon et nous nous sommes fait raquetter nos bouteilles d’alcool par certains agents des services de sécurité. Certains aussi ont prétexté d’autres objets farfelus pour avoir leur backchiche !
Nous sommes quand même arrivé à bonne destination. Heureusement car nous avions une correspondance.
