Ok, sauf pour le numéro de carte bancaire pour la réservation qui était différent de ma carte perso avec laquelle j'ai réservé, gros problème au check-in, 30 min pour régler le problème. Sinon tout est ok.

Tight security as one would hope and expect, but otherwise seamless trip. Heart stop moment when my bag didn't turn up and everyone had gone, but it was found. Have already had it go missing once this trip in transit in Singapore. Very short turnaround times for IndiGo planes but it works. Sandwiches and Masala tea (purchased onboard) were divine!

We found Dehra Dun airport and comfortable ,modern, easy access i.e. drop off -small airport Indigo flight outbound was much smoother than Air India inbound despite thermal- turbulence. Flight was quick -Indigo staff In DED and onboard were very efficient and smart. Would use again -even though have never flown with them or budget Asian airline before.

Grt Metro to airport. Bit of hassle checking in - staff tried to make me give up reserved extra legroom seat (paid for) then supervisor intervened and all ok. Smooth flight, unexpected snack and swiftish baggage collect.

2 tickets purchased together, with additional seat selection added for both (at additional cost). On arrival, the airline informed us that we did not have seat selection and that our documents were not valid as the tickets were actually booked separately. They sorted the issues, but not a pleasant experience.
