Our driver Richard was very helpful and so pleasant. He was very informative at the start of the journey and because it was a late bus he said he would let us sleep unless there was any changes to traffic or arrival times. A very pleasant and comfortable trip. Would definitely use Eireagle again.

Pre-Christmas chaos. Excellent driver who was friendly and eager to help with luggage. I didn't like getting a last-minute message from the bus company telling me that they had overbooked and tried to put me on a later bus. I presented myself an hour before the original bus was scheduled to leave, and even though I wasn't on the manifest, The bus driver conceded that my ticket was valid. He was also as confused as I was by the €2 surcharge on the ticket.

Would highly recommend using Eireagle. This was our return journey. We travelled on the 12th Aug23. Professionalism of both Bus Drivers Ontime departure each way Onetime arrival each way Comfort and cleanliness of the Bus Price of tickets, we also had children with us on the return journey. Cannot think of anything I did not like.

Not to be published. Everything fine in general except toilet facility. On board toilet. The handscrawled sign for the water flush button. The state of the overscaled yellow wash basin which indicated it hadn’t been fully attended on for ages. Furthermore, accessibility door to toilet at bottom of stairwell is hazardous. Fahrer sehr unfreundlich. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Ich würde wieder diese Buslinie wählen. Abwicklung unkompliziert. Tickets können im Bus bezahlt werden. Cash oder Karte. Der Fahrer von Galway nach Dublin ( Hinfahrt war ein andererer Fahrer. Der war sehr nett) war schlecht gelaunt und herablassend.

gerne wieder. Alles war bestens. An den nummerierten Haltebuchten der Busse sind die Routen und Fahrzeiten nicht angeschrieben. Ich habe einen Busfahrer gefragt. Wenn ein Bus bereits vor Ort ist sieht man den Zielort zwar aber wenn nicht, hat man keine Ahnung wo welcher Bus hinfährt. Evtl. habe ich die Info aber auch übersehen.
