No Aircon, 2 drivers both smoking constantly. Driving at speeds of 160kmh with a cigarette in 1 hand and constantly on the phone whilst driving! Over crowded, more people than seats. No-one spoke English! Left an hour late. Arrived 3 hours late!

The arrival time I had booked for them to come from my hotel to pick me up to the airport, while it said the total duration would be 4 hours, it ended up taking 5.30 hours and the driver barely spoke any English to communicate.

The trip took longer than expected due to a late start and rest times of more than one hour and several other rest stops, all in the same trip. Unfortunately, this meant that we were quite late to start our day in our destination, and that threw us off schedule. Otherwise, the service was very friendly and the cars were excellent. We hate to leave a bad review, but the long delays really caused us a lot of issues that were completely due to the service provider not sticking to the time seriously

he did a lot of gesture i dunno if that was intentional or untentional
but i just try to ignore it as long as nothing bad things and im safe

The bus was comfortable. Good leg room. Started the journey on time 13.00. Arrival time was supposed to be 20.30. The bus arrived into Alexandria at 00.30. 4 hours late.
I know some of the delay was due to security which is good. But do bus drivers really need multiple half hour breaks during a supposed 7.5 hour bus ride on very good and mainly quiet roads?

I’m giving this rating mainly because of the kindness of the driver, who was attentive to us at all times and kept a great attitude. I would also like to highlight the gentleman at the café in the Luxor station, who was very friendly and made an effort to make us feel comfortable. I regret not knowing their names to mention them here, as they truly deserve recognition.
I’m deducting one star due to the inaccurate information on the website and the change in our departure time, which ended up being 4 hours later than scheduled. According to Google Maps, the trip from Luxor to Sharm El-Sheikh takes at least 13 hours without stops, and with the mandatory checkpoints and rest breaks, it easily exceeds 16 hours — not the 10 hours stated on the website. This detail is very important because if you have activities planned upon arrival, there’s a high chance you might miss them.
Overall, the trip is exhausting, but it also allows you to enjoy the stunning landscapes of the desert and the Sinai Peninsula.

You told us we could arrive in Luxor at 19:00, but there would be a two-hour fluctuation. In fact, by the time we arrived in Luxor, it was already 23:50, and we had to find a way to contact the hotel manager to change our check-in time. Additionally, communication via WhatsApp was also difficult.

We booked the bus service from Cairo Airport to Siwa at 3 a.m., but they sent us a taxi instead. We asked if it was possible to make the trip earlier, and without any problems, they met us at the gate at 1:30 a.m. We took the entire trip by taxi, and it was super fast. I don't remember the driver's name, but he was fantastic. Highly recommended.

01h30 de retard (et donc d'attente) à l'aéroport....Du coup comme on ne sait pas qui est en cause entre le donneur d'ordre et le chauffeur, il est difficile d'avoir un avis. En tout cas c'est vraiment trop long.

Un coche para nosotros solas. Tuvimos un problema con nuestro visado y el capitán nos llevó al aeropuerto para arreglarlo, muy amable. El problema es que nos pidieron 50 euros posteriormente por la gestión. Comentamos que era una barbaridad ya que era más del precio de la reserva entera. Al final lo rebajó a 20 euros. El resto bien. No son 5h, son más, el conductor necesitaba paradas. Teníamos que llegar a las 5 de la mañana pero ellos nos recogieron una hora más tarde y con el problema que tuvimos del visado nos retrasamos 40 min . , llegamos a las 9h. Justo a la hora que nuestro guia de excursión nos esperaba
