Good trip but. Everything was fine in the end. I ordered two tickets to and from Plovdiv, but we weren't allocated seats next to each other, but across the aisle. Same happened to another couple so we swapped seats to be with our partners.

Sofia-Plovdiv one day trip. W.e have planned to go with train but bus was faster and cheaper. It was pleasant ride and on time. When we came to Sofia station we were at loss which bus is going to Plovdiv and had to ask around, also there are 2 terminals so for tourists it can be confusing. Also in Plovdiv we were not able to buy tickets with cards both on the station and on the local bus, only local currency.

Nice ride to Plovdiv from Istanbul. The bus was clean and the female conductor friendly. No Wifi on the bus, even if they say there is one.

Great value for money and kind staff. We were offered free tea during the ride and the staff was always there to help. We had to wait for a long time at the border but that is not the bus company's fault.

Bus correct, passage de frontière très long. Très bien pour l’hygiène avec distribution de gel hydroalcoolique (à faire à chaque arrêt). Conduite souple du chauffeur. Quand on est à l’avant du bus, la radio du chauffeur empêche de dormir. Le staff du bus répondait aux questions d’une passagère à voix haute et très tard dans la nuit - ce n’est pas gênant à 22h mais ça l’est à 1h du matin. J’aurais aimé qu’on me prévienne lors de la réservation que le passage de la frontière prend plus de 3h, surtout à 2h du matin. Par exemple, dire vers quelle heure approximative à lieu le passage de frontière. Pas de possibilité de charger les téléphones (tablettes ne fonctionnent pas).
