That there were enough bathroom breaks. Language was not dual. I was travelling from Austria to Sarajevo and all greetings/instructions of breaks were in Bosnian. No German or English, I had to ask the other passengers for translation to ensure I did not miss the bus.

Travelled like Sardines in a tin can. Bus is clean, drivers polite, accessible and helpful. On leaving Sarajevo, a group of about 30 persons from countries in South East Asia in transit to Germany, came on the bus and traveled all the way either standing, sitting is the stairs at the middle exit, or sitting in the passageway. These people paid the same fair as others, they deserve to be treated as such. Do not ruin your product service with this kind of attitude because only you will pay the price of losing business.

compared with the trip 2 days before with another flix bus (Croatian plates) this trip was very good. clean (I think also rather a new bus) safe driving passenger assist and answers to questions or requests nice people I enjoyed the trip as the one from Vienna to Sarajevo was the opposite (very ugly trip) compared to this one.

Vec sam ostavio recenziju na njihovu firmu. Prezadovoljan sam na odnos vozaca prema putnicima. Sama voznja je pokazatelj koliko su vozaci profesionalni i disciplinovani. Njihov kucni odgoj da pomognu starijima i nemoćnim je dokaz i primjer ostalim soferima sve pohvale i nadam se da ce vlasnik firme znati cijeniti dobre radnike. Sve je ok.

Unfreundliche Fahrer, zu kurze Pausen bei 10stunden Fahrt. Das wir noch am Leben sind. :) Mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen. Sitze sehr unbequem, Fahrer und Beifahrer nicht ansprechbar. Englisch verstehen sie nicht. Lichter werden angelassen obwohl Kinder müde waren und mekerten das sie endlich schlafen wollen und das geht nicht weil das Licht an war. Pausen waren nur 5 min weil jemand zugestiegen ist, einmal 15 min bei einer 10 Stunden Fahrt. Thrombose Gefahr sag ich nur dazu. Ich werde hier noch bei meinen Arzt mich kontrollieren lassen, sollte was sein werde ich die busgesellschaft verklagen.

Prezadovoljna! Pohvalila bih posadu sa profesionalnoscu, dostupnosti, veoma ljubazni, na usluzi svojim putnicima. Optimalni uvjeti u busu, veoma cisto. Jedan od vozaca zvao se Haris, uvijek cu rado da ponovno putujem sa ovim agencijom, sve preporuke. Biss Tours svaka cast!!

Centrotrans nije javio Flixbusu kašnjenje, primorana kupiti nove karte, još uvijek nemam povrat novc. Uredan autobus bez mnogo putnika. kupila sam kartu putem aplikacije Getbybus, ali zbog sat vremena dužeg nepredviđenog zadržavanja na granici, iz Sarajeva smo, umjesto u 6.00h, došli u 6.45h. Iako su oba vozača u autobusu iz Sarajeva (prijevoznik "Centrotrans") bila upoznata sa činjenicom da imam presjedanje u 6.30 za Graz, nisu učinili NIŠTA da obavijeste autobus Flixbus da eventualno sačeka još 15 minuta. Čak i ako to ne bi bilo moguće, bilo bi evidentirano kao zamolba. Po dolasku na kolodvor Zagreb, uposlene na šalteru kolodvora su rekle da ne mogu zamijeniti kartu jer je kupljena online. Uputile su me na štand Croatia-busa koji se nalazi van zgrade kolodvora, u limenom kiosku. Otišla sam do tog kioska, bio je zatvoren. Nakon pokušaja da dođem do informacija, rekli su mi da se taj šalter otvara tek u 10 sati!! Kako sam imala ranije zakazane obveze u Grazu, morala sam kupili dvije nove karte za vožnju Flixbusa u 9.15h.
