AC was only working for half of the Trip and we started with almost 30 mins delay

I booked the expensive option available, and it had mentioned AC bus with comfortable seats. The actual bus was Non -AC and we reached the destination at 4 PM

Driver drove too fast and dangerously.

the ride itself was not bad. while the bus is not modern, it is functional and will get you to the destination, the driver was also distant/cold but not rude or unprofessional he also drove safely. Main reason why I wrote the -2 stars is that less then 24 hours before the ride, I messaged the company asking for the number of the car and instead they said that the pickup location has completely changed to the other side of the city... When I asked if I would be informed about this change if I did not message them myself, they said that I was being rude (ironic) and they would cancel my ticket if I did not wish to ride with them. I could not do that since again, it all happened in LESS then 24 hours before the scheduled ride. After we already arrived, and it was around 10-11 PM I got a message from 12go that the pickup location has changed, a bit TOO late, is not it? :D The dispatcher of the company-0 stars. completely unprofessional, actually rude, not helpful at all. The bus-Somewhat good The driver- Normal Would I ride with them again? probably not. Are they getting the job done at the end of the day? yes.

I asked several times, if the bus is taking a route through Aparan, so I could board close to my home. They said no, the bus don't take customers from other spots. So I had to leave 1,5 hours earlier to get into Garegin Nzdeh square. Then it took one hour for the driver to get out of Yerevan, because he went to pick up 2 people from Nork district. And then he took the route on the road close to my home, so I could have saved 3 hours, if they could pick up also me on the way! The first driver was very professional, but when they changed, the second driver was breaking every rule and traffic law by driving too fast, looking the phone or talking in thd phone all the way up to border of Georgia. The safety belts didn't work. The driver told us to carry our luggages and walk 1 km from Armenian custom to Georgian custom, he could not take us by car. In Tbilisi he did not drive to Dynamo stadium at all, but left us to Ortachala bus station. I give one star for the first driver and second star for a very cheap price. Everything else was horrible: the customer service, the car, the attitude and behavior of the driver, not following the good manners, schedule and the program.

В машину посадили в самый последний момент. Такое ощущения, что просто ждали останутся ли свободные места, хотя других сажали сразу. Если вы рассчитывали на современный автомобиль — это не тот случай. Нам предоставили старый Mercedes (вероятно, 1990-х или начала 2000-х годов), без кондиционера и далеко не с самой мягкой подвеской. На ряде сидений отсутствовали ремни безопасности. Когда другие пассажирки сказали об этом водителю, он лишь в грубой манере предложил им кое-как накинуть ремни с соседнего кресла и заявил, что «так и надо». В машине было невероятно душно, особенно в пробках, когда на улице в Ереване было +37 °C. Кондиционер, как я уже упомянул, отсутствовал. При всём этом водитель ещё и умудрялся превышать скорость.
