The bus was on time and arrived in Split earlier than scheduled. There was no extra fee for luggage. The heating was too strong and the driver did not regulate it despite complaints from several guests. In addition, the toilet was locked, and the driver did not care about my urgent need to go there.

Good buses, terrible seating system. The bus was clean and with air conditioning, the additional luggage was free, and the bus was punctual. The seat allocation, there is no communication between the driver - the website via which we purchased tickets and their office, some people get seat reservation whilst when you buy online you don’t have it and the driver says sit anywhere, then when we sat “anywhere” we had to move three times because people reserved those seat numbers, and while asking the driver where to sit he’d just say and repeat sit anywhere, one time he even said “sit here”, showing particular seats but when people asked for their seats then the driver would get agitated and unpleasant and yell to move from those seats (even though he was the one who has instructed us to sit there). The coordination between the site and the office with seat numbering needs to be fixed!!

Zadar to Split by bus. Simple and easy way to travel along the coast from Zadar to Split. The process was relatively simple, albeit there was a rush / pushing to get on the bus initially, maybe because there wasn’t any allocated seats. Bus was comfortable and clean, plenty of room for baggage.

Then someone arrived and helped him fix it. I'm, just reminding you that sometimes things like that can ruin check-in to the hotels/hostels and it's better to inform the place of accommodation that you will be late and it's hard to do it when nothing is clear. - air conditioning is super poor, that was hot.

Get what you pay for! Arriving alive and getting out! Air conditioning did not work toward back of bus. The roof vent was broken and could not be opened. The floor vent was so hot. The shock absorbers in the back were gone. Every bump I thought the wheels were coming through the floor. The engine sounded like it was going to die at times.

I had to change my ticket from evening to morning trip. I emailed customer services and within an hour I had a response with instructions on how to change my ticket. It was very clear and quick. Super helpful and friendly customer service! Thank you! You should add all assigned seats to avoid confusion. Some passengers had assigned seats while others didn’t. There was arguments and it took a while for everyone to sit down. Assigning all seats, or proving the option for passengers to select seats when they buy tickets online, will speed up the boarding process. This will also help the drivers as I’m sure they don’t want to deal with unruly passengers arguing over seating.
