we have reservated this transfer with a luxury minivan with departure at 8.00 am and arrive at 10.30 am. A men at 8.15 am has arrived at our hotel and 10 minutes later he made has go down in an arrogant way. In this street we have waited without infortmation. After a few boys made us in another bus and we have travelled with a normal van with another group that was an excursion day in Essaouira. The bus start at 8.46 am and stops in more points. The first stop was at 10.21 am until 10.55 am and the second stop was at 11.45 until 12.22. We have arrived at Essaouira at 12.37 pm. This is so crazy

We got a nice car from the hotel to take us to a minibus (about 20 seats). The journey took just under 5 hours with 2 stops on the way. The seats were comfortable. I would recommend but allow for more time than it says on the booking confirmation.

Pick up was earlier than expectet and at a different location. The ride was quite comfortable although much longer than expected. Unfortunatly the driver was certanly rude and the promise of a direct transfer to our hotel wasn‘t kept as the driver kicked everyone left in the shuttle of mid the medina at some point. Bit of a disappointment. Would rather recommend other bus and shuttle services.

Well trip took us 4 5 hours long when we have paid for 2 5 hrs , then we have booked door to door service ( hotel to hotel ) and we gotten dropped off at he beach side 💀solo very poor service to be honest !

It was laborious to deal with buying, requesting refund, etc. I ended up paying for 3 tickets for 2 persons then they changed the time …. The actual ride was perfect. Comfortable vehicle and pleasant driver.

C était un transport pour une excursion et non un transport jusqu'à ouarzazate il partait sur ait ben adou avec une excursion 1h30+ le repas après on a pris un taxi pour 15€ et au lieu d arriver a 10h30 nous sommes arrivés a 12h30 très en colère

Le chauffeur m’a contacté le matin même pour me dire que le transport etait devancé de 4h. J’avévue une activité et j’ai du la rater m’occasionnant de frais. Nous avons finalement perdu 40 minutes avant de finalement partir
