During my ride from Sarajevo to Belgrade, 3 passengers had to leave the bus on the border with Serbia on the request of the police during passport checks . Bus driver continued the ride without them. It was like 3 AM in the morning. Tourists have this in mind and make sure you checked your paperwork so you don't end up stranded. Bus won't wait for you.

What is your job really? It was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I booked the ticket a month in advance, but when I finally got to the bus and showed my ticket to the driver, he told me I had to sit in the last row which is for 5 people. This is always the least pleasant part of the bus; jammed space, hotter due to the engine, and the loudest spot. I contacted Getbybus twice via email to inquire about the seat number but never received a proper response. Why didn’t you assign a seat number? Is it that difficult?? I saw this coming and wasn’t surprised at all. Had I booked directly with the bus company, the process would have been much smoother. So, what exactly is your role here? Taking money for what? You had one job, and you failed at it! Hope somebody read this comment.

Better Facilities expected! Needs improvement. Read in detail. The ride was smooth without any bumps, even in the Mountainous region. They have to be a bit more communicative. Especially about restroom breaks on the trip. There was just 1 restroom break and that too near the Border. For almost 3.5 hours, there wasn't any restroom break. Also, there's no break to buy any food except at one gas station where just random supermarket snacks are available. Nothing like a proper restaurant or a small food outlet on the way. People who didn't have dinner before boarding the bus might struggle. The bus stopped at the New Belgrade Bus Station, although the original dropping point during booking was the Old Station. It is difficult for a foreigner to get to the city centre from the New Belgrade station, especially without any SIM card, internet, Serbian currency, etc. There's no access to ATMs on the Serbian side. So it's difficult to pay for any Cab/Taxi when you arrive. All of these things have to be taken into account by Alamanis Tours to make the journey more comfortable, especially for foreigners who face such issues.

Clean bus, not so comfortable seats for a night bus. Boarding from platform 9 or 10. No toilet on-board, seat pitch similar to a Ryanairs seat. Terminal entry fee of rsd 300, cc payment possible from the ticket counter 12, otherwise cash to the guy next to turnstile. Luggage rsd200 per piece, eur2 only if you have exact. Z+2:00, border control (service station nearby, but there will be a rest stop with free toilet in 30 mins) In Sarajevo East, walk 10 min to reach 103 trolley bus, fare bam1.8, but eur1 coin was accepted but not guaranteed. All in all, pleasant yet don't expect to sleep on the bus. Narrow pitched seats, no toilet.

Nice trip. Good service, polite drivers, punctual, enough stops on the route. Get By sells tickets with unspecified seat number which can be a big disadvantage as local people have tickets with a specified number and tell you to move away from your chosen seat.

The misleading information in the schedule. At least I got where I had to. The departure time according to the schedule was 4.30 am. Real time was 6. 08 am. Because of the false information in their schedule I missed my next bus and lost money as I had to buy new ticket. I insist on the fact that the info in their schedule is deliberately false, as we didn't have the stops and we didn't spend the extra time on the board. I sent a letter to the company, but they didn't answer anything. Besides, I didn't like quite a greasy bus and absolutely indifferent driver.

Vozač je izuzetno fin. Vožnja je bila dosta neudobna, premalo je mesta između sedišta. Kapljalo je sa krova autobusa, morali smo da uglavimo papirne maramice u plafon autobusa da ne bi kapljalo. Za put od otprilike 9 sati napravljena je samo jedna pauza, što nije dovoljno.

Aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Besonders auffällig war der sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Steward. Er war verantwortlich für die Passagiere, einchecken, Organisation der Grenzkontrolle, Hilfe bei Fragen, Unterstützung und Kontrolle der Busfahrer. Er war nicht der Fahrer. Dazu gab es zwei weitere Kollegen, die sich regelmäßig abwechselten. Dies vermittelte Sicherheit während der Nachtfahrt. Auch ausreichend Pausen waren eingeplant.
