Une navette est venue me récupérer à mon hôtel et m'a laisser devant la boutique pour prendre mes 2 billets, un pour le bus et l'autre pour le ferry. Lebus était de l'autre côté de la rue, le transport s'est bien passé de suratthani au port de donsak ainsi que la traversée pour aller à koh samui.

The bus was located at Phuket Terminal 2. We took a 15 baht bus from terminal 1 to terminal 2 - approximately 30 min. Once we arrived we walked into the building to check in at counter 22. We received our tickets and walked to the gate to meet the bus driver. We handed him our bags and it was stowed away under the bus. Our personal bags came with us on the bus. The bus was comfy and air conditioned. The travel time was approximately 2 hours or so. They picked up passengers on the way as well. Once we arrived in Khao lak, the bus assistance notified us and we walked off, where the driver handed us our bags. Easy peasy! Our hotel was a 10 min walk from the drop off. I recommend for a cheap way to get to Khao lak.

The bus was really old and seats had holes, but it was a really easy process and it got us to our destination early. Everyone was usper helpful and the staff and the driver spoke English. There was one break on the way.

Unfortunately our booked transportation was cancelled a few hours before due to "operational issues". The Email service luckily booked us on an earlier time we could reach nonetheless.
This bus was slightly late and overcrowded then. All possible places we're occupied and in the whole room between seats also people we're Standing. Due to the high load the air was quite Bad and the vehicle had mayor Problems on the Road, only creeping up the Mountains.
At least we reached our Destination somehow only slightly delayed.

Easy to find the information about the pick-up point, it was on time and it brought us to the good place.
However, it was full when we joined at Khao Sok so we had to sit for 1h-1h30 on the floor. Then some passengers left and we could take their seats.

The bus from khao sok to suratani was fine, but then the bus stopped somewhere in suratani. And nobody said something. So we expected to go off there. The bus driver Didn’t speak English. But he does said that we need to get a tuktuk. Don’t do that! You have to walk 10 minutes to the office on your ticket and there you have to wait for a taxi they pick you up and bring you to the pier. It’s very unclear there and it would be nice if the bus driver had give us some more information. But we think that the driver has a deal with the local people to bring tourist for money to the pier which is not needed because it’s including in your ticket. Don’t let them fool you!

Kaum am Bus Terminal angekommen wurden wir schon in Empfang genommen und zum richtigen Schalter gebracht.
Der Bus hat genug Platz für Gepäck aller Art und im Bus selbst war freie Platzwahl.
Wir hatten die Strecke von Phuket nach Khao Lak gebucht und waren nach ca. 2 Stunden dort.
Der Preis war auch sehr gut (6-7€).

Everything was fine with the bus, but we stopped at one of the nastiest toilets i have ever seen in my life. Way below the normal Thai standard. Nobody has ever cleaned these clogged, overflowing toilets. And then there is no running water to clean your hands. Just a bucket of rainwater. Seems disrespectful to the customer to offer them this bathroom stop with shit-smeared walls.

The journey was fine. The problem we had was the image shown about where pick up was is on the wrong side of the road to where the bus gets you, and there was no one in the shop with 12go to tell us where we needed to be. We asked a few locals and had both answers, it wasn’t until a bus came on the one side that the driver was able to advise it was the other one. Other than that the journey was good.

The Bus made a stop 40 minutes after departure. They told us we would stop for 10 minutes, we stopped for 45 minutes! The Bus had no toilet, no food or drinks. We arrived more than half an hour later than planned. Apart from that the travel experience was okay.

Yeah, it wasn't exactly punctual, but we stopped for a great pastry meal along the way (bus station with plenty of street food) and generally the bus driver was nice and the experience smooth.

The Bus from Khao Sok Evergreen Office was over an hour late and in Surathani was a lot of traffic. We thought we would miss the ferry but the service was perfect! The ferry waited (we were only 5 people!) and we arrived in Koh Tao on time. The ferry drove from 21:30 till 6:00. The sleeping room was big, it had about 30-40 beds. It was okay, every bed had a power outlet and a blanket. I was never on a sleep ferry before so I was a bit sceptic and unhappy about the sleep situation at first. But friends told me that it was above average so it was just new for me and not that bad in the end :). Only the air condition could have been cooler.
Overall it was a good experience and we would book it again!

The main problem was that when the rain hit us, there was a leak. So, you weren't fully dry. That is my main issue. That the seats are worn off is too bad, but not costly. The leak was the full problem

Arrived with train from hua hin 9.40. The bus (10 .00 was gone so must go with 10.30. That bus was overbooked so must seat on fluor most of the road to phuket. Very bad and horrible.

Toilet was a fixture in the floor, which had to be manually flushed with bowls of water from an adjacent bucket. There was no toilet paper. The waiting area is old and outdated with no comfortable seats.

Bus arrived 30 minutes earlier, good we’ve been there as early as required. Therefore no problem. Bus was also ok.
We asked in the office if the bus will also stop at „Bang Niang Market“. She agreed and informed the driver. But in Khao Lak the driver forgot our stop. After I asked, he answered only a hectic „Oh, yes yes“. And he drove two additional kilometers. Thought he would turn around, but stopped on the street with saying “Hurry hurry” because it was raining cats and dogs. Thought he would arrange something but only jumped into his bus and went away. Left us in the rain about 3km away from our bus stop!!!
We needed to pay a taxi for 200bt to get back!!!
Not our best experience with public transportation in Asia.

Wir haben in dem Ort Takua Pa unendlich lange auf einmal gewartet und wir hatten einfach keine Ahnung warum. Extrem nervig. Für die Strecke ist auf jeden Fall ein Van zu empfehlen, weil der Bus in Kriechgeschwindigkeit Bergpässe fährt.

We booked the bus from Khao Sok - Phuket at 11 AM. The bus arrived at 12:30 PM and there was no notice from the company. After that there were many stops along the way including a 30 min stop. Eventually we reached our destination 1.5 hours later than what was supposed to be. The bus itself was okay. Air conditioning can be better for the cost of the ride.

Bus was 30 minutes too late. I booked a ticket to airport en had no idea there where multiple stops. Dropped of at the busstation nearby old town. And had to arrange an extra taxi.
