I had the misfortune of being the first person picked up and the last one dropped off, but that’s how it goes sometimes; aside from that, everything was fine. We were fortunate to have a mid-sized bus (30 seats?), so had plenty of room to stretch our legs. Stopped twice on the way at service stations/rest areas to go to the toilet and get snacks. This service is recommended.

Before the trip, ı asked to pick up from a hotel which also is in Pattaya center but was not in the hotel pick-up list but there was no answer or support. Driver was angry and very rude to passengers without any reason. Picking up all customers from pattaya took 1,5 hours. First pick up was ours. We were ready around 7:30 according to information driver came 8:15 and started collecting passengers. Last passenger boarding was 9:35

You book for a 9 seats van, but it is a bus with 20 peoples. It isn’t t direct trip but the driver have to go to an other harbour to pick up some more peoples. Take around 45 m more.

Everything worked out well, we arrived a the hostel with no problems. The only thing is that it took one hour more, there was actually no traffic but it took a while to get all the guests to their hotel.

Great support from 35 Group Pattaya with all the questions I had. The service was excellent, the driver good and informative about toilet break times, that we can be outside while waiting for ferry ect. Would totally recommend and will book it again for our way back to Pattaya :) also really awesome to be driven to our accommodation on the island

excellent service ! Called me the day before to coordinate the pickup point from my hotel in Pattaya. The driver arrived at the pick-up point just in time! The minibus was comfortable. There was no need to change vehicles as we stayed on the minibus the whole way - including on the ferry. I arrived at my hotel in Ko Chang, just in time.

The car arrived at pick up in time but the total trip time was almost nine hours. From the ferry we drove to the wrong direction to pick up more people and some people were dropped off at Rayong which all added to the total time. We also several times on gas stations.

Preis war fair. Kein umsteigen erforderlich. Abholung im Hotel war zu spät. Komfort der Minibussitze war gerade noch akzeptabel . Ankunft auf der Insel war wie prognostiziert.
Trinkwasser o.ä. gab es im Bus nicht.
Alles in allem aber OK!

Was not picked up at the hotel. Called me, had to go to the office to still go.
Bus is noisy with small Asian seats, not comfy for Europeans, but hey…you are in thailand. Ride itself was smooth

Driver from pattaya to koh chang pier was excellent picked us up at our hotel on time and drove safely .got transfered to a mini bus at the pier mini bus was fine but the driver thought he was a racing driver constantly on his phone and demanded a tip !!

I got picked up first of all and the bus was on time, then we picked up the rest and was on our way about half an hour later. It was a very pleasant busride, i sat in the front were it was plenty off space for my legs. I am 177cm high😃
I was almost the last person to get off the bus at lovley beach and i got out about 1430. There was one 20 min stop after about 1,5 hour drive wich was perfect.

Too many people for the mini van,, some guys were almost fighting to get onboard, so 4 of us were left on the parking with the promis of a an other minivan will come within 20 min. The van arrived 1h later. the driver was driving very nervously and asking for tips many times. We finely arrived in Pattaya with 2h delay! I would not recommand this company

Late pick up. Which is OK. But had to wait again for transfer at the ferry. The driver was constantly on his phone. Constantly stopping. We were then transfered again. To get to our hotel. We were supposed to get there bout 3.30 pm, we were 3 hours late. The journey from ferry after kph chang was 6 hours.

Excellent driver with great communication, picked us up on time, but we're ready 30 minutes prior as advised..did it all and well..very much recommended with this particular driver...he got a good tip for great service

The trip takes way longer than told! I read the reviews before and thought it might was an exception or they had a hotel far away, but the transfer took indeed 2,5 hours longer than estimated, without any special reason. We arrived at 6:30 p.m in the hotel (and were the first ones that got dropped off). Summarized the trip was pretty exhausting. Lots of waiting time and the minibus was very uncomfortable. But two stars cause there is no other connection from Koh Kood to Pattaya (as far as I know). So better then nothing.

No communication about the delay. Departure was at 9 am, with a range between 8.30 and 9.30 am. I tried to call the bus company and they refused my calls !
I took the minivan at 10.30 am and no one informed me about that, I thought the minivan already left without me !
In other hand trip was nice, driver drove safe and seats were very comfortable !

Pick up was 8:30am, didn't get picked up till 9:05am. Supposed to be in Pattaya by 4pm. Didn't get to my hotel in Pattaya till after 7:15pm... There were 3 transfers that were not mentioned on the itinerary.

Really nice service. Read some bad reviews but my trip was amazing. The pick up was 1,5h late but I called in the morning and they said that its gonna be at 8:40 instead 30min before departure (7:30) so I was AWARE OF it. The bus was comfortable, The driver was just the nicest, his English was poor but his attitudes was really nice. We stoppedmid way in the best possible spot, there was nice clean toilets available and shop and ice cream. Loved the trip, it went smooth and happy to chosen this company.

Mon chauffeur arrivé avec 1 h de retard et 12go ma dit au téléphone que ma réservation n'était pas dans leur registre. Finalement le chauffeur est arrivé et tout ces très bien passé par la suite on nous à déposé devant notre hôtel à destination.

I did ask 2 times before to bring me to the busstation in Trat, instead they ignore my request and bring me to the bootpier. They guided me on a taxi and have to pay 350 THB more to bring me to my destination (40km)

The trip in itself was great.
I would like my receipt to fully state (extremely clearly) if my pickup address was included - it was a bit confusing, it had another pickup destination stated as well.
And the internet ok - I might have bought an insurance without exactly needing one (some confusion going to and fro on the internet).

Beide Busse waren pünktlich, leider einige Fahrgäste nicht so, dennoch eine angenehme Erfahrung und ausgesprochen unkompliziert. Lediglich die Sitze waren auf den 3 1/2 Stunden etwas zu hart

Der Bus kam viel zu spät...haben über eine Stunde gewartet..und 2x angerufen...danach müssten wir noch 2 weitere Hotels anfahren...aber der Fahrer kannte die Hotels nicht und musste suchen und nachfragen...dann müsste auch noch der Notsitz beim Fahrer genutzt werden..da der Bus komplett voll war..außerdem müsste das Gepäck auch noch in den Gang gepackt werde...hinter war alles voll.

Leider war kein Hoteltransfer möglich sodass wir zum Office laufen mussten und zum nächsten Hostel mit dem Taxi fuhren, aber alles klappt super und wir sind gut angekommen. Die Busse sind sehr komfortabel, sodass wir auch gut während der Fahrt schlafen konnten. Ich kann es jedem weiterempfehlen, der etwas Geld für einen angenehme Fahrt zahlen möchte.

Booked a hotel pick-up, only the hotel was outside the service area. Neatly received an email with the location where and what time we would be picked up. We ended up waiting in the heat for 2 hours before being picked up. We had contact with the operator several times, and he indicated that we were at the wrong location.
But we were at the exact location that they had given themselves! We were also told several times that the car was on its way, and that we had to wait a moment. But a moment is certainly not 2 hours in my eyes!
Fellow travelers on the same bus also had to wait 2 hours.
I am very dissatisfied with the operator.
