My trip should start at 3pm, I was there half an hour earlier. People on place told me they know 12go bus and that he will be on place 3.30 so i have an hour of free time (and I should go have eat or shopping). Glad I stayed near bcs on 2.45 people start screaming that driver is there and he’s waiting only for me. A little bit messy but the ride was perfect.

We were about 5 mins late and tried to contact to hotline about the situation but no response. When we arrived there was no bus and any sign of 12go. While we were wondering for other options for the trip, the bus arrived about 15 mins late to the departure time.

It was difficult to find the Pick up point at the station. The guards thet were helpful, bur did not know it. We had to Call the hotline. The car was great and the driver friendly.

I was the only guest on the ride and the van was very comfortable. However, the air-conditioning was extremely cold, it dropped to 15 degree, so I was glad to have my jacket with me. We arrived one hour earlier than the scheduled time, it took only three hours. When we arrived, I noticed that the trunk had been open and maybe not properly closed during the whole ride. Luckily, my luggage was still there and not damaged. Smaller items could have fallen out however during the trip.

On Time no problem at all. The Car has great lighting overhead looks like a real party Bus. But unfortunately after departed all lights been switched off. The roads of the van are sometimes in terrible conditions and you basically jump on the seat time to time. Or the dampers of the van. On the way to Hua Hin we actually passed my hotel on the main roads tried to ask the driver to stop and offload me to avoid the taxi back but unfortunately he didn’t really listen to me. Doesn’t matter as I was not expecting he does it just wanted to try. Overall good

The pickup point was well-marked with green flags and the staff greeted me as soon as I got out of the taxi. Checked my e-ticket and then I just waited. It was down pouring on the highway and there were some serious accidents. However, our driver kept a safe distance from the vehicles ahead and I was confident in his skills. No stops. Arrived a bit early.

I have done this trip many times now. 12go has good, comfortable minivans. And, they have good drivers! By that I mean they have drivers not trying to beat every speed record between BKK and Hua Hin. Unfortunately some of the other minivancompanies have young boys driving like crazy. I feel 100% safe beeing passenger with 12go. I recomend this company.

There was barely any leg room, much less leg room compared to a normal bus! And it arrived an hour later than said. But the lady was nice and the seats were comfy, the bus also had USB chargers
