The whole trip is ok. Can't blame if the trip took more than 45 minutes because it is really wavy. The gentlemen who assisted us inside the ferry were nice and friendly. But the people in the check-in counter were not. Since they are the frontliners of Oceanjet, they should be accommodating and treat every passengers in a nice way. Also, they should not be communicating in local dialect. They should remember that not all local passengers came from Iloilo. Some, like me, came from Manila and do not have any idea on how to speak fluently and understand their dialect. It made me feel uncomfortable.

Our trip sched at 12.30 but the ship left at past 1pm and we arrived to Bacolod before 3pm, the aircon is not as cold as we expected????
