Convenience wise its a 5 star for me however there are hidden charges that was charged to me. When i redeem the actual ticket it only cost for 822 wherein I was charged 961 per trip plus a service fee of 89 pesos.

The booking service was great. As for my trip, because of the holiday traffic it took me 9 hrs to reach Naga City. The Z7 bus also arrive an hour late.

You require your passengers to print out the voucher or else no boarding pass will be given. You just don’t know how inconvenient your process is but when I reviewed your instructions sent via email, passenger can just present the booking reference at the counter if no printed copy on hand to get the boarding pass but DLTB staff insisted passenger should have a hard copy of it. The passenger had to look for a computer shop nearby felt scared because the place is not a safe area to walk by. I can’t help but to compare your service to our bus line who give passengers no headache as they accept e-voucher/soft copy of the reservation. You need to improve your process on it. Looking at the other reviews, no wonder they are disappointed same as what we felt. Please hear our sentiments and invest on improving your service.

The bus was late of 1 hour + from the booking time. Travel is ok but there are 2 extra passengers along the center which supposed to be none. They are seated at the back without extra seat just seating on the floor.

Hindi pumapayag ang DLTB na di printed amg voucher but other bus companies accept voucher using phones. Aside from that, DLTB front officer doesn't help me with the location na malapit kung san magpapaprint. Kung di pa ako dalawang beses na pababalik balik, di pa nila sasabihin na meron sa Metropoint Mall

the trip took a longer time than expected because a lot of road under construction. However, you have to improve your waiting area. it's really small and no proper seat for everyone. Good thing it's not raining during the time we are waiting to board the bus. Either you have a place where people can leave their belongings or improve the area where people can wait for their respective buses.

I don't get what I'm expected seat that I saw online but I skipped the line in paying tickets in the terminal. The online had higher price than buying in the terminal because of additional charges. My rate is 3 because of the advantage and disadvantages on booking online.

Travelling from point A to point B never guarantees occasional “bumps” along the way (pun intended). Basic road conditions such as never-ending construction delays or detours are SOP on Philippine roads, unfortunately. Yet bus operators can greatly ease the travelling public by maintaining clean and operable restrooms, as well as safer waiting areas. Both are deplorably pathetic! And what is the deal with the same stop at Villa Escudero that offers only McDonald’s and another local eatery? Can’t all these multi-company bus operators pool their resources and invest in decent terminals, bus stops away from the main road, complete with varied amenities for food choices, functioning restrooms and safe rest areas? Passengers require basic quality service for their hard-earned money, yet quite often find themselves with no other viable choice than endure pathetic commute situations.

I honestly suggest for a convenient restrooms and lounges and/or waiting area at least, i observed plenty of customers but feeling so uncomfortable due to small/limited place to move around, unlike the bus company bound to BAGUIO, i think you too can be at par with them.

Nice sleepers, it’s very comfortable but we arrived at 4:45am instead of 7:45, the air conditioning was way too strong, it was freezing in the bus. Driver a bit crazy, it’s moving a lot..when I say moving it’s more like crashing. No pillow or blanket.

The trip was comfortable. I slept the entire trip. Woke up in Naga City already. I could not rate it 5 stars because the restroom at the bus station was not up to par and the waiting area was open. Also, it would be better if there was some sort of canteen that the passengers can stay in and maybe work on their laptops while waiting for their trip.
