The ride was good. We arrived at vigan 1 hour earlier than the scheduled time even though we left manila 20 minutes late. But you should really inform us in the ticket where the drop off will be since there is no terminal for fariñas in vigan.

We were pleasantly surprised when we received a call confirming our arrival on the day of the trip. The trip on the Super Deluxe bus was comfortable as the driver kept a steady pace. I was able to have a restful sleep for 4 straight hours. I hope though that they look into the availability of their advertised amenities. The USB ports on our seat were no longer working as the main socket had come off of the panel. It was a good thing that there was another USB port on the individual monitor. Overall, it's an experience I wouldn't mind repeating.

It was fast, but the aircon nearly killed me. Every 3 minutes the temperature changed between 17 and 23 degrees. Crazy. Take warm clothes to survive.

We have booked for Deluxe bus but instead we ride in a First Class bus. They refunded P50 each but still its frustrating, we just dont have other choice... Then for the Dec 21 travel instead of First Class Bus we ride an orinary aircon bus with frequent stops and vendors all coming inside. We have separate experience for my brothers booked travel with Farinas again... No Bus appreared in their 12:45am supposedly pick up time

My son left his mobile phone in the bus. The conductor called us and made an arrangement on how to get it back. I preder to get it at their Manila terminal/office. When we arrived back to Manila, we asked the personnel about the mobile phone that was surrendered. We got the phone back as is.

Our first bus ride in PH. They ran on time. It was very clean. The space was just average. It was just really cold and they had to pick up people at different stops so the lights coming on and off did not help.

This was the first bus I took in the Philippines so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was ok. It left on time and arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, which was impressive. It was clean, they had received my booking with no problem, and I had a double seat to myself. The aircon was turned up super high, which I understand is quite normal (so bring layers!) My biggest problem was that they played loud music throughout the entire journey, despite it being a night bus which was travelling 9:30pm-6am. Everyone was trying to sleep but they kept the lights on and played loud music. I had an eyemask and good earplugs but it still didn't help. I understand if the driver wants to listen to music, but on overnight journeys I think it would be kinder for him to use earphones or only have it on a small personal device at the front of the bus. Also be aware that the seats are very shiny so I found it difficult to keep my position whilst trying to sleep! But overall it was fine and I would probably use them again.

Very accommodating! The conductor assisted my mom (almost blind, senior citizen) and gave us a good spot. Cozy and sparkling clean. 2 hours before departure, I received a reminder to come on time. Interaction with the SMS-helpline was very helpful. Mom had a good night sleep al throughout the travel. She said the couch was really comfortable. We left at 10PM and arrived Laoag the following day at 6AM.

Shoutout to Ms. Maymay (the bus line's operator I think & I hope I remembered her name correctly) for being so considerate. We weren't able to ride the bus going to Vigan due to some glitches, hence we didn't get to use our tickets. And yet, Ms. Maymay considered our request and allowed us to still use our tickets on our way back to Manila. To Aniceto Bus Line, thanks again for the patience and quality service! :)
