delayed trip from 12 hours it took as almost 24 hours travel. although the it wasnt their fault that there are close roads that causes so much traffic at least they can do is organize the terminal so that there is proper waiting area for the passengers..

Suggestions for improvement: Bus 801- 1) the seat numbers did not indicate which are the aisle or window seat. 2) USB charging connections very high and not accessible 3) there was an engine defect and we were stopped on the road for 3 hours. Cubao Terminal - 1) male Cr. You call it a "comfort" room? No water and very dirty! 2) terminal is too small for your large operation.

With hidden charges the receipt I have is only 2200 while I was charged 3k plus online, you still need to confirm with the local bus operator the seat assigned to you, and be early on the day of your trip.

The price is too high for an ordinary bus. It's clear in the system that I booked for EDSA cubao to Bicol Cental Station, Naga City but I guess the fare will depend upon the last stop which was Masbate. Btw, I paid more than Php 1,100 for this trip which is too high, it's like I paid for a lazy boy-type bus when in reality the bus is unattractive and very uncomfortable, during our trip it was raining, unfortunately, it leaked inside. I hope the system will improve so that it will only compute the bus fare based on the booked destination, not the last destination of the trip. I also hope that the company will repair the roof of the bus. Please also remind your conductor to be kind to lolas. They can explain their fault in a nice and friendly way, no need to shout and shame a person.
