Naoki MThe reservation ticket did not indicate a pick-up point, and I had to contact the bus company, but when I called the company, I could not get through to them at all.
The phone finally connected, but the operator never gave me a pickup point and gave me another phone number, but that number did not exist.
I contacted 12Go support, but the support Malee was not responsive at all and did not understand English at all.
Finally, I went directly to the bus office to confirm the pickup point for my ticket in person.
Worst bus company ever.

Monicaheil I Contact them via WhatsApp and they replied very fast. I arrived before and they changed my transport for one earlier, so perfect. Transport was confortable. Perfect for the price.
