Kerstin We waited at the office. Nobody informed us about the delay of the bus.
The bus was already late but it stopped somewhere on the way to put some plastic bags with vegetables on the roof of the bus.
We never know where to get off the bus. A great improvement would be if somebody could tell the clients when the final destination is reached.
