Lasse B2hrs late. Overbooked by 2 people so we sat tight - and no space for our luggage so we had to place that in the isle next to us. The minibus is not the one on the pictures but an older one. Only had one stop on the road from sapa to ha giang - at a conviniece store, so when we arrived in ha giang at 11pm after a 7hr long ride, we hadn't eaten dinner, and didn't have to possibility to do so, as everything was closed at that time.
Would not recommend this company.

Veronika The trip was completely fine: we left and arrived on time, stopped often enough for food and toilet breaks. Some seets were a bit broken, but all in all clean and comfortable!
