Bus was quite old and not very comfertable, there was 1 stop over on a 14 hour trip. Overall the service was ok and reasonably priced but I would probably use another company next time that uses more comfortable buses.

The operator should be understanding and not act or implement cheap European airline like rules like. Example for the cargo hold baggage there was no option for me to do it at the time of checkin. Instead I had to pay more extra than the actual online price for the Check-in bag, That’s really bad !! It should be the same price as the online price. Maybe you should reconsider this policy. It’s a pity because next time I would prefer to travel with an airline which has that flexibility. Also there was no complimentary snack service for a 1Hr 30mins Flight. Not a good thing !

The driver was a great,support lady was great and fellow passangers was great.The speed for the bus was safe.There is only one area of improvements required, more English is required from the driver and support lady especially foreigners from English speaking countries.

Bus driver and conductor were both unprofessional and rude specially the bus driver who closed the bus door on a passenger. Poor guy was stuck at the door but luckily he didn’t get hurt. Then there was few passengers who were still outside at Bangkok bus terminal trying to figure out if it is the last stop or the bus is going to mochit bus terminal like it says on our ticket. I tried to ask the bus driver and the conductor multiple times if we are going to mochit but they kept ignoring me. Instead they were yelling at the passengers in his native language. I have been to many countries and I have taken many bus rides but I have never seen such a disgusting behavior which is condescending to others, may physically harm someone and even leave passengers on the platform. If you are really reading my comment then you should take serious action to against them. I wanted to write this so that no other tourists have to go through such experience which could have so much worse.

In the aircraft von ThaiViet was the seat before me noos broken and the backside from Seat 8b hung all the time short before my nose. The woman fromb staff can't do anything. Also was the deperture time fromnthe fly for 40 minutes delayed that I not can check in at the Hotel before 12 o'clock

Seats are so uncomfortable. The trip was fine, except from the issue when the bus driver had to slam the brakes to prevent hitting another vehicle .

It was a bit cold cos of fan that u cant turn off. But we put plastic bag into it and it was ok. But it was stink sometimes if I wouldnt have had I cap that I breathe I would struggle so much. Weed made this trip overall great for me(not advice but)
