Eugyna NTooooooo many stops! I am aware that travelling time will be around 7-10hrs as it’s not my first time to travel far. But it has taken us 12 hours! There were stops seemingly every 3 hours? In the beginning more frequently about 1 hr. Yes, I understand it’s for other pickups but it was not properly stated in the description. Also be aware of many sellers who get on the coach and sell food. Was not pleasant having to be disturbed by them almost forcing passengers to purchase goods. Lastly, my chair was slightly malfunctioning as the reclining feature seemed to be loose where I had to constantly recline when I moved.

Eric MThe estimate time of arrival was very underrated. From a possible eta of 1630pm to almost 2100pm. Just be reasonable and not put some time that was far from a reality. The bus itself was nice, comfortable. One thing, having random people come on board to sell “food items” was not good. That’s a breach of security and absolutely not comfortable in purchasing anything from them.

Maiden GThe trip was fine, but the first stop over for lunch was not comfortable. It was very hot inside and yung singaw inside smelled musty. Sana mag stop- over sa kainan that was a bit more comfortable nman. And isang comment pa po yung mga window curtain po ng bus masakit sa ulo ang amoy. Sna po napapalitan din. Nagcomment po ako dito not to put you down, but to help you improve your service even more dahil suki na ako ng dltb.

Bert DI was told the travel time was not going to be as advertised on the website. The trip took 5 hours more. Seems the company knows this information. People deserve the real expectation to be met.
