Bus staff a bid rude; no English language abilities.
Bus driver dropped us directly in front of our hotel (arranged by the agency, which was constantly available by WhatsApp)
Timetable was ok (45 Min delay at pick up)

Andrea LCommunication was superb. We were a few minutes late because our flight was delayed and told the company beforehand so they waited for us (was literally just 5 minutes but if they wouldn't have known they would've driven off).
Driving was good, calm for Vietnamese standards. Bus was okay for a day trip.
