Rebecca COur drive from HCMC to Mui Ne was absolutely fabulous - 5/5 on all accounts.
The Mui Ne to HCMC trip was fast and car was comfortable, however the driving style was a bit more erratic than expected, and it felt like the driver may have been too tired. Would use NGAN LINH again though - they were very reliable and easy to book.

Darryn CWe accidentally went to the wrong DucDuong office before our bus trip from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh City but the staff at the office and on WhatsApp that we had been communicating with prior were both so helpful and made sure the bus came to collect us at the second office so that we wouldn't miss it

Andressa BWe had two problems with this bus, first they stopped 30 minutes before arriving in Saigon without saying anything, no one understood what was going on, the driver turned the engining off, we had no air-con for a few miutes, then one of the drivers start shouting at us from outside making gestures to us to leave the bus, then we saw they changing our bags/suitcases to another bus (a very bad and old bus, with no air con). In the end our backpack got completely wet with a dark liquid from the bus, which made our clothes in the backpack wet and dirty as well.

Min KWe booked a taxi (SUV) from our hotel in Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh City center for 12:30 pm. They called us a day in advance to confirm the booking, providing car plate details and ensuring that the journey was fully confirmed.The driver even arrived 15 minutes early and drove very carefully yet at a reasonable speed, allowing us to reach our destination (essentially door to door) within 2 hours and 30 minutes. It was amazing!The entire process was straightforward and well-coordinated, with very supportive staff and instant confirmation. The experienced driver exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book with them again!

Frank ZI checked the day before departure at Hanh Cafe. I felt it was good, because they seem to forgot us. But then they picked us up at Hotel and everything went smooth. Outside district 1 we had to change bus due to cuty regulations. This is uncomfortable and took a lot of time. Also the sleeping bus is VERY uncomfortable if you're around 1.95m tall. But the kids liked it a lot.
