Leigh SVehicle was great and was well driven. Arrived early. The only issue I had was that we would like to have selected seats but the option did not present itself during the online booking, so we found ourselves in the back row seats which was not our preference.

Dionne VThe ride was very comfortable, but the adress on the ticket for the departure wasn’t correct. A lady from a shop told us to go to the right address luckily, else we wouldn’t have found it. It turned out to be a completely different bus company than we booked and they also didn’t know/understand, so maybe it was a mistake on 12go?

Ja LBus was on time and we arrived in can tho 30 min. earlier than expected. We had one break. This was totally sufficient and comfortable. Same for the ride back to HCM. WiFi was working. In Can Tho Taxi shuttle from Futa is for free, you do not need a taxi.
The seats are very comfortable for people not taller than 1.70m. But also for my husband with 1.90m, it was ok for 3hours.
On both was it was not possible to use the seat adjustment.
