Niklas BA day trip in a sleeper bus is not really comfortable. Also we first had to take a different bus and then change. It also took way longer.

Daria Everything was wonderful! I forgot my Panama hat on the bus and couldn't make a call because I don't speak Vietnamese and I don't have a Vietnamese number. The operator helped me and told me where I could put my stuff, I was very glad, thank you!!

Stefano We are a family of four and were lucky to get a soft sleeper cabin to ourselves. The cabins were clean and we got some sleep even if the train ride is not that smooth. The train attendant even woke us up 20mins before our stop. The train left and arrived within two minutes of the schedule! The toilets are the only negative. Bring your own toilet paper and don't expect a clean toilet.
