The company forgot my booking, so i woke up at 5am to be at the pick up at 5.30am, we should start to leave at 6am. After long wait i call the company, took a bus and leave Ha Giang almost at 8am !! The guy at the company was hateful, no excuse about that. And i arrive very late in Hanoï, and no Shuttle, just drop like a shit at the bus station !

The air conditioning outlets were broken and it was too cold in the bus. Driver does not not any words in english even he drives a bus full of tourists. Driver do not know who, where and when he has to pick up and driving all around the city three times even when the bus was full. The bus is very unstable and jumpy, you can get sick very easily. Driver does not say when and where and how long the stop will be.

Used this company twice and both times the buses were spotlessly clean and the drivers were really safe, not speeding or driving erratically but not going so slow either. A bit of horn beeping - as is the norm in Vietnam. The drivers / guides also spoke some English and scheduled in regular stops. Well organised company, would use again.

Very comfortable journey - nice big beds / very clean. The staff were a bit rude but as the bus was on time and the facilities were good we didn’t mind this!

Staff was unfriendly and rushed. Stops weren't communicated clearly. Hoped it would have gone straight to the communicated endpoint in Hanoi. Instead, when we got near Hanoi we suddenly needed to get out of the bus, into a smaller one which would drop everyone off. This was taking extremely long, with some unexplainable out-of-city errands way after midnight. We arrived more than 2 hours later (at 3am).

Our trip was smooth and effortless. The Bus was immaculately clean and the driver and assistant were very helpful and friendly. The beds in the bus even had massage chairs and the driver dropped us off at the airport terminal which was unexpected and made our onward journey very easy. Highly rated company, we would definitely use them again.

Driver arrived 2 hours after scheduled pickup time. We payed for VIP 22 sleeper bus, but were inside a 7 seater car for the whole journey.

Overall everything was OK, we were late 1 and half hours. The first hour we were just stopping by random places, to take gasoline, or for unknown reason. They didn't have me on their list, basically forgot that they should pick me up 😃 Thankfully, another couple was waiting for the bus at the same stop and the driver came to pick them up. Otherwise, I think they would just forget about me. The driver didn't understand a word in English and at the beginning he was showing to me by gestures to stay because I wasn't on his list. At the end, I got into the bus and there was one more person sitting next to the driver as they over counted their passengers 😅 Their whatsapp support is good, though. Maybe it's better to contact them and confirm the booking.

The bus came on time at Hà Giang, after a 2 loops of the city we finally left the city. At about 50 minutes of Hanoi they asked people going to Hanoi to change bus for a VIP van of 11 seats, instead we were 22 in the bus... In addition they took a lot of packages that filled the rear of the car so we had to take our luggage in our knees. Finally we made a long run to the south west of Hanoi to drop off a Vietnamese guy instead all the people in the van had their hotel at the same place and that it will have take less than 5 minutes detour to drop everybody before that guy which was kind of incomprehensible

The bus left with one hour delay. Was not a van like on the picture but a bus. Very confortable though. So someone took me from the place intended to be the departure and took me to the bus that was waiting one km away. Hopefully I found someone to facilitate in Vietnamese.
