Brett IOur train was delayed to the point that we had to change our ticket for another train. Smoking at the ends of the carriages seems ok so had smoke in our room. AC in our carriage eventually came on and was pleasant enough. Good if you are after a travel experience ;)

Richard BGo to the station and buy your ticket directly. These agents add on extra 50% fees for doing practically nothing.
Also you still have to arrange your own transport to the station. So it's pointless to buy bus tickets via agoda/12go really.

Emilie When we booked first class and paid over 90 dollars, we certainly did not expect to be put on a train with such bad hygiene, the toilets were so disgusting, extremely hard beds, and very noisy. Super disappointed..
