Samuel TMr Tranh was very helpful and accommodated 2 extra passengers that were also going to the same destination as me, from the hostel I was staying in. There was a further confirmation of the booking the day before and Mr Tranh had already arrived at the pick up location 5 minutes prior to the booking time. Would recommend!
