İnteresting. Driver stopped for every 30km to chill. Had us to pay 3km for a small bag.

Dirty coach, bad driving. First, it was not a bus but a large van. Second, it was absolutely filthy, literally falling apart (one overhead storage was barely hanging on) and smelled horrible. The driver rarely maintained his lane, smoked an Iqos the entire time, and at one point was halfway out of the window on a winding mountain road with one hand on the wheel to smoke an actual cigarette. Yes, it’s the Balkans, but it’s now 2024… For some reason he did not stop for a break at anywhere convenient like a petrol station where we might buy water, etc, but a roadside restaurant. The only place to stand was the parking lot. And don’t forget the music loudly playing for all to hear, though it was only on a speaker in the front for the driver. Total catastrophe from beginning to end.

Not a pleasant experience. I liked that it was on time. No wifi. No bathroom, and it was an long drive. But the worst was the driver. Rude, impolite, raised his voice with me - a woman. All that because I had the guts to ask if the bus was going to stop so I could use the bathroom. Hi answer was : Not my problem. Ah and of course, extremely poor English, I needed someone to translate.

Where did you get this driver? That it EVENTUALLY arrived. Driver stopped about 2.5 hrs into what became at least an 8.5 hour trip - for a long break (that wasn’t really necessary) for what seemed like an opportunity to yell at someone on the phone. The bus was late getting into Belgrade, and no stops where one could stretch or go to the toilet occurred in the lasts SIX HOURS of the trip. Some people would consider this sadistic. I’ll stop short and say at least extremely annoying and inconsiderate. And you have to pay drivers like this for baggage that they don’t actually handle, when it should be built into the ticket price. Bad. But like anything, you have to consider what choices are available to you. Mean local Belgrade turnstile lady at men’s bathroom was not able to make change for 60 denar penalty admission to the loo. Not a great first impression after enduring the ride from hell.

Did not take me to the destination on ticket! The very kind and helpful driver. 1. The bus did not stop at my destination, Ruma. When I realised we were headed to the highway after Sabac the driver called my family and organised to have me picked up. It was very stressful and he said that the bus which he had driven for several years never stopped as Ruma. I was following the route on GPS and when I realised that we were not going to Ruma I showed him my ticket and he assisted me. It would have been an even worse experience if I could not speak the language. He said to my cousin’I can’t understand how she was sold a ticket to a destination that we do not stop at’. I have no complaint with the driver or carriage but there is obviously a fault with the Getbus internet ticketing system and it does not inspire me to rebook with Getbus. 2. Rest stops with better food options.

El chófer es muy mal educado. La puntualidad. Debes saber que para salir de la estación de bus debes pagar (se puede pagar con tarjeta) y para poder poner tu maleta en el compartimiento del bus también debes pagar!!!! Yo no tenia efectivo serbio y el chófer me obligó a llevar mi maleta en mi asiento!!!! Mis pies no cabían. El peor viaje de mi vida.

Overall, good one! Got there half an hour earlier! Low price. No wifi. Aircon could be constant throughout the ride. At times it was getting hot in the vehicle, but then the driver would turn it on.

3hours of Hell from Zvornik to Beograd . Driver started passing non sense comments to me due that I do not speak Serbian and try to make fool of me with the other serbian passengers , once I got down from the bus for the cherck inn of my passport with the boarder police and I was going up the bus, The driver drove the bus and stopped few meters. This is an unacceptable behaviour I already sent email to the company Transprodukt bus and the ministry of transport of Serbia which still now I do not have any answer.

Nous avons payé pour les bagages et il y a personnes qui non pas payé. Car elles parlent serbe. Paiement des bagages . Nous sommes une famille de cinq personnes et nous avons trois petits sacs en bagages. Nous avons payé pour ça. Le chauffeur fait de racolage ( durant les voyages le chauffeur fait des arrêts hors gare station bus. Les gens payent en CASH. C'est un perte de temps pour nous.

Autobus je bio pretrpan putnicima koji su cijelo vrijeme stajali 5-6 sati, dvoje ili troje putnika je iz Banja Luke sjedilo/spavalo na stepenicama. Vozač nije bio u stanju da broji putnike, pa sam ostala negdje na nekoj benzinskoj pumpi potpuno sama. Užas!
