Trip was ok and in time, but there is no sign from where you going, no information at all. We had to ask some driver from other company who helped. Pdf said follow instructions, but no instructions...Also we need to be there 30 min before departure but driver came 10 mins before

Wet seats. The driver was very friendly, the trip was fast. The problem was with the seats. Over head there was water dripping, I went and sat on a seat before realising it was soaking wet. It made me clothes wet. So it was an uncomfortable ride. The water was dripping from the speaker. So potentially an electric shock.

В Аэропорту Барселоны 2 терминала! Кондиционер в автобусе. Водитель привез в аэропорт на терминал 2, где я и вышла. Я не знала, что вылет в Цюрих с Т1, а водитель не объявил. Спасибо добрым людям, подсказали как переехать на Т1. Кстати, это далеко от Т2. Хорошо, что вылет задерживался, иначе я опоздала бы на самолет. +жара 37, тяжелый рюкзак((.

Great service. Ordered this coach last minutes (literally the night before we were due to leave!) Sent a message to sagales enquires asking where exactly the bus stop was, as it doesn't tell you this until you have bought the ticket, and they got back to me qith the information super quickly. The fact you can't see where the bus picks up from specifically until you have booked. So it just said "santa susanna" not the name of a specific bus stop.

Comfortable ride. The bus for transfer to airport was going a few minutes earlier then schedule. We arrived to airport 10 minutes earlier then scheduled. What I like about this bus company is that they always arrive on time. Direct to the airport outgoing flights.

not happy. the bus was 50 minutes late to the airport which I had to buy a new ticket for 140.00 euros and I was delayed six hours . the driver was slow chatting to people like he had all the time in the world , slow driver , I should have got a taxi . it took over three hours to get there, this was the early bus I could take and I should have got in the taxi as it would of been cheaper in the long run.

The driver was very rude and and inpatient with customers trying to board the bus. The driver was constantly fidgeting and retrieving items from a very large personal bag he had placed in the entrance to the bus before leaving the bus station. Had there been an accident or emergency requiring people to leave the bus quickly the drivers bag would have prevented people leaving by this exit. The driver appeared to be constantly fighting to stay awake the whole trip to the airport. The driver had what appeared to be his personal items stored on the front two rows of seats preventing passengers from sitting there. All in all it was quite a scary trip and not one I would want to repeat.

Booked a bus to girona airport for 25 th aug and it never arrived at the station. Website Ease of use. Bus never arrived to bring us to girona airport leading us to get a taxi that cost us 60 e after already pre booking a seat on the bus .

There was delay in the scheduled trip so it took us more time of waiting but everything went fine. Easy access to book a ticket. Easy service to use. Bus stations are convenient. Convenience of bus stops. Bus from Girona Airport to Barcelona was 1.5hrs late leaving. This was due to delays in other flights arriving and therefore a lack of passengers to fill the bus. This was hugely frustrating. There was no compensation/refund for the inconvenience and staff didn't care - quoting that it was company policy. There is no mention in any of the literature, tickets, terms and conditions etc about the departure times being subject to change. If there was, I would not have purchased. They know this and but clearly don't care and offer NO satisfaction. Its a pathetic service.

The rides were on time, the chauffeurs were all kind and good drivers! The bus was basicly cleaned, but not everywhere. The tables in the first were still dirty and in the second one the hooks were sticky.

Delay about 30 Minutes till Blanes without crowded Bus or Roads. That There is this one Connection from Airport to Blanes. The frequence is a joke for a City Like Barcelonq. The Delay. The unfriendly driver. The frequence of the Service.
