War alles ok. Sitzplätze in der ersten Reihe. Füße konnte nan nicht ganz ausstrecken, aber dafür konnte man etwas nach vorne sehen. Für den ca. 1,5 Std. Trip völlig in Ordnung. Bus war sehr pünktlich.

There are too many stops along the way and it got delayed by almost 2 hours. There was no proper announcement from the driver which stop can we have lunch as this journey took 9 hours from 9 am.

Es una buena opción , aunque no cumple estrictamente los horarios de llegada y la ubicación está un poco mal explicada , porque parece que tenga que ser dentro de la estación de bus y la recogida es en la calle principal que hay al lado de la estación , una vez en la estación pregunta en el punto de información y la persona te indica donde esperar , ya que en la calle principal hay muchas compañías con grandes carteles pero ninguna que ponga KPB express

The bus started on time and had comfortable seats. The bus driver drove also safe and was friendlier than other bus drivers we experienced. We arrived a bit after scheduled time at KL (~30 minutes) but as it was a Friday afternoon and a lot of traffic this is probably difficult to avoid. So overall good experience.

The bus was delayed by more than an hour. It seemed like two buses were combined, as the one we booked didn’t appear to be very full. The footrest on my seat was broken, but apart from that the seats were extremely comfortable, and it was great that you could charge your phone on board

Hesitant at first when booking, so only booked one way ticket. Only issue was I booked and selected seats and whilst sat on bus, another male turned up and had same seat number on his ticket. Driver sorted it so no real drama. Clean coach, loads of room, comfy seats, air con great, journey time was less than stated. Couldn't fault it really, so much so, have now booked a return journey.

Bus was nice enough but the journey time was completely inaccurate. It took over 4 hours and was supposed to take around 2. Traffic was minimal so don’t see how we would have ever arrived in the time they said.

Two bus drivers took turns on the more than twelve-hour journey. There were regular toilet breaks. There were USB ports at the seat, so I could charge my mobile phone. The seats were unfortunately a bit uncomfortable overnight, the footrest could have gone higher and the seat lower. But most importantly, at every take-off they checked that everyone was there. When entering Thailand, my child and I took the longest because we were the only non-Thai. The Stuart was waiting for us at the exit and took us back to the bus. The border doesn't open until 6am Malaysian time, which is why we arrived at 7:30. Because of a marathon, however, not at the bus station, but somewhere in the city. But the bus driver couldn't help that. Overall, everything went smoothly and everyone was reliable and friendly, even though I couldn't sleep. In Johor Bahru Larkin Sentral, printing costs 2 ringgit per ticket.

Bud set off on time, seats were unbelievably comfy and spacious, driver thought he was gods gift, always very rude and unpleasant, I asked him to close his window because I was sat directly behind him and I was freezing but he wouldn’t close it he put his jacket on instead…? 10/10 for the strata though

Air-conditioning system too cold, we cannot do anything to stop it. It works in all the bus but it goes straight to your head and is too cold to stay there for hours. There were some things that were broken too. It was late.
