The van was spacious and comfortable. The driver drove like a Formula 1 driver - very quickly, overtaking everyone and not stopping anywhere except the border crossing. I was scared sometimes but we got to Yerevan one hour before the schedule.

We had a good experience using Hahreniq tours to get from Tbilisi to Yerevan. We arrived 40 minutes early and left soon after once everyone was on board. Please note as others have said, the pickup location is behind the church on Dusheti Street, a short walk down the street from the Avlabari Metro station.
The coordinator and driver spoke little English, but had our names noted on his phone and it was fairly easy to get into the right van, so they obviously are used to receiving 12go bookings.
The van was quite comfy and had plenty of legroom. Air con was used most of the time, and it never felt too hot. Driving was of the standard Caucasus style, but no worse than any other transport we’d been in.
Overall I’d certainly do this journey again, being able to book online is very convenient.

The website was a little difficult to use so I accidentally booked my trip a day later than I wanted to go. The operator took care of this and got me on the next bus, two hours later. I couldn’t be happier. The ride is what it is. Driver was a little grumpy and the driving perhaps isn’t the safest but that’s just the way things are around here. The bus was really comfortable.

The driver stoped on the first of two spots in the destination city, and didn't want to drive further to the bus station, where we suggested to exit. No reasonable explanation was given.

Все замечательно! Встретили в аэропорту Еревана и отвезли к основному месту отъезда в Тбилиси к микроавтобусу.
Дороги хорошие, страшновато было местами из за быстрой езды, но водитель знал своё дело.
На границе не проверяли вещи. Доброжелательная обстановка!

1st Half Tbilisi to Yerevan - I got there over an hour early as instructed. There was no on around that could tell me anything about this tour bus, where I should go. No one spoke English - there was no effort to communicate with me. It wasn't until AFTER 9am (when we are supposed to be departing) that the driver showed up.
2nd Half Yerevan to Tbilisi - the air conditioning did not work. We were burning up in the back seat with no air, sitting on cloth seats in 38° heat. The back window was broken, so I had to continuously hold the window open to get some air.
Both drivers were quite rude. (The only professional, nice man worked in the office in Yerevan)

It was a complete disaster! We bought tickets from Tbilisi to Yerevan. We came to Avlabari metro station. There were people who gave seats to a bus. We asked if it was Hayreniq tour bus and we were told that it would be later. Then local operator said that the next bus will be in 2 hours. Also he said that he's not a Hayreniq team member and just a Hayreniq partner. I found a phone number in a voucher and called. The number was armenian so I had to pay for an international call. An operator told me that he would contact the local operator to sort things out. Then he didn't call back so I had to call again several times. After the 5th conversation he advised to use WhatsApp account. Finally after 1.5 hours we departed. I understand that some times you have miscommunication but it's never a good decision to leave a customer without support. Definitely not reliable company for me anymore.

I was told to arrive at the bus stop at 8am, but my bus was scheduled for 8:30am. By 9am, I had not heard from anyone, so I started texting the bud company (Hayreniq Tour). Finally, someone got back to me on Signal and said the driver will come soon. I'm not sure they would have picked me up if I hadn't started ferociously texting.
I confirmed the exact pickup point with the company 2 days before my ride, and they had my WhatsApp contact. It seems there is a miscommunication here, and the customer service could have been quite a bit better, in my opinion. Especially when you ask someone to get there 30 minutes early, and they end up waiting for 1 hour.
Aside from that, the driver was great and did a good job getting us over the border to Tbilisi.

Compared to the overnight train it was really good. The boarder control took only around 15 minutes (not like the 5 hours in the train) and we arrived on time.
The only problem was that the bus driver was driving really recklessly, like he drove 90 in a 40 zone and tried to pass every car in front of us.
He almost caused 3 crashes and there were no seatbelts in the car so we felt very unsafe.

To find the bus station in yerevan was easy. We even left as soon as we were complete. The stops along the way where clean and sufficient.
The location where we got droped off in tbilisi was not the place we ecpected. So use a bolt to get from there to the final location is my recommendation.
Car was clean, and comfortable. Minivan. Driver had no english knowledge but was friendly and everything was easy to understand. Border crossing was easy and was easy to find the car and driver on the orher side.

Trip was very on time. Driver was professional. Border crossing was orderly and straight forward. Drop-off point is not very central but not really an issue as long as you have a working SIM card to call a ride share car.

The trip went well. When arriving at Avlabari, I was accompanied to the vehicle. It was a small minivan for 7 persons and enough space for luggage. The driver spoke basic English but well enough.
I was in Azerbaïdjan before but had no particular issues crossing the border.
The drive in itself was confortable: the road was in good shape, the driving was fast but still acceptable and the risk was measured.
If you’re bothered by the driver looking at his phone then just take the train or a flight, that is just how they drive in the region.

Good travel experience from Yerevan to Tbilisi. The driver was helpful, professional, and got us there quickly. Some parts of the road were a bit scary due to the mountain turns, but the journey was smooth overall. Recommended.

The vehicle for transport did not correspond to what had been stated, and the driver was not very pleasant. When we didn't understand what he was saying (he didn't speak English), he yelled at us.

Very courteous service in office at Yerevan bus station. Great driver!!! Pleasant, friendly, helpful, attentive to the road and traffic patterns, handled difficult situations passing slow trucks in the mountains beautifully, wasted no time, but always totally safe!

It was an amazing experience. It takes 5h 30 mins with stop for food and border control. It is better to book from Kilikia Bus station as it is easier location where the operator arcomfort.am as the office and the minivan is located at the same location.

The departure was not at 10 am as mentioned in a reservation, nor 10:30 as mentioned in the window of your office, but 10:07.
The driver overspeeded. For example in Alaverdi at the area of 40 km limit he drove over 90.
The minivan did not go to Avlabari metro station, where we bought our tickets. We were not informed before: not online, not in phone while calling a day before, not at departure from Yerevan, not on the way. We had to buy a taxi from Ortachala to Avlabari. Are you going to pay back that?

It was a comfortable ride from Tbilisi to Yerevan. The van was specious with enough legroom unlike Marshrutka. Border crossing was hassle free. The driver was efficient and made a longer stop in Armenia.

The bus arrived forty minutes late for pick up (supposedly at 13.00). Two hour wait at Georgian immigration (not the company's fault obviously). The driver drove fast as expected, but I didn't feel unsafe, although I didn't like him taking calls on his mobile (ten or eleven in total) while driving. We had a twenty minute meal break, which was ok. Arrived at 21.30. The bus was pretty comfortable.

Pdf does not say that the office is called COMFORT TOUR. Driver was riding with open windows and refused to close them, airco was useless. Overall, a very average experience.

Everything we read about this company is true. The driver drives too fast and in a reckless and dangerous way. They dont use AC and also speak on the phone while driving. However it seems that this is the way everybody drives around here. It does get you to your destination and makes breaks for food and WC.
